Me, my husband and two little girls dined at Zeta Asia last night. The food was delicious and fresh and our server Christine was amazing - friendly, kind and obliging of and creative with our food substitution requests. Will definitely come again on our next trip to Orlando.

Delicious food, great service. The Tuna Nachos specifically (as seen in my picture), I would highly recommend.

Excellent restaurant, fantastic service from both the waiter and the manager. We had the bao buns with Asian bbq sauce and pork belly. Then had the short rib bowl, which was quite tasty and spicy. They have a large sake collection, not much in the way of wine list so they grabbed us a bottle from La Luce, which worked out really well. They are updating their wine list soon though! Would definitely come back again!

It’s was soo cold in Zeta. I was expecting a different Ambiente due to pictures I saw. The food was okay but not wow. My daughter enjoyed the Bao Bun very much, I liked the Miso soup and the edamame to share. The Sushi didn’t reach my taste or expectation. Overall okay but not a highlite.Vegetarian options: You have to ask for vegetarian options then can do anything, they have tofu and stuff.

Chef Seng and Andre are amazing and my server, Larry, was very attentive. I personally know the sushi chef myself, so the meal he made me was to order and to my liking. My first time being there, but it won’t be my last.

Just had a dinner here. We were seated in front of the sushi bar. Sadly, the head chef of the sushi section kept talking in his loudest voice with all other side chefs while waving his gold watch. It’s to a point where me and my friends cannot hear each other’s voice. It’s rather unprofessional to see something like that. The bibimbap they offered is very delicious but it’s just the way things work out here bother me a lot.

I stayed at the Signia for a weekend and tried Zeta Asia for dinner, as most of the restaurants around Disney Springs were fully booked. Zeta is a low-key sushi place with some other Asian-inspired choices. I highly enjoyed the bao buns and the sushi rolls. The chicken slider was not very authentic, but tasted great. The service was great and we left very happy customers.

First visit. Will return. Food was 5/5. My favorite was the Dragon Roll. Wife liked the Butter Mochi Cake. Also recommend the Tuna Nachos. Service was quick. Host was great. Christine was fantastic. Special shoutout to Rick, the Manager. Easy going, approachable, great resource for details about the food and beverage offerings.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise - excellent food and drinks at "reasonable prices" (for a resort in the Disney area.) Our server was helpful and friendly. Excellent variety of food and drink. The poke bowl was a standout.

After a day of travel, the drinks, appetizers, sushi and service were just what we needed to end a rough day. We went to bed with our bellies full, feeling great about the experience and ready to tacky the next day. Pssst - get the dumplings!!

Food was nice. Bold flavours presented well. Service was attentive but in our opinion a couple of tweaks could make this place so much nicer. Firstly, the service felt really rushed. A three course meal for 4 from beginning to end took just over an hour, and that was with us asking for a moment between courses. The mains were served before we had finished starters and the desert order taken before we had had the main course plates cleared. What’s the rush! A more minor point, but the air con is so cold the food doesn’t stay warm long!

Maria was absolutely lovely. She greeted us after 8 min. She gave amazing recommendations. The coolest thing about this particular magical dining experience was it being a 4- course meal. For Appetizers, I ordered the Carrot and Ginger Soup. The nostalgia that I embodied, made me want to order another to go. My grandma used to make this when I was little and I have never felt more at home. The Steamed Gyoza needed to be cooked a little longer. It was very rubbery, but I’m not sure if that was a required texture. The second course was the Bao buns and they were exceptional. I got a Pork Belly with tofu substitute. The tangy and sweet flavors flattered each other. My roommate stated that the Korean BBQ Short Ribs Bao was the most delicious thing on that menu. For the main course, I ordered the Short Rib Bibimbap, also with a tofu substitute. The flavors were rich but they did not compliment each other. Some of it was spicy, some tangy. The rice was supposed to relieve the spice but it appeared to me more of a simple side. As for desert, I opted for the Pineapple Spring Rolls. The texture was satisfyingly different. An unusual combination of rice pudding and pineapple chutney cooperated admirably. The warmth of the spring roll paired with a vanilla ice cream created a perfect yin and yang. I would highly recommend. My roommate enjoyed the Key Lime Creme Brûlée. It must of been very delicious because he licked the bowl clean.
