Food was average. Presentation was beautiful, think it's more about the show and less on flavor. Tuna tartar had chopped onion, good tuna does not need onion. Also had a a strange gelatin top, awful flavor. I've had better tuna tartar. Sometimes less is best.
While we enjoyed the Chateaubriand very much, the table side Caesar salad was very disappointing. The server did not engage with us at all and the dressing was overdone with a flavor like mustard. Not worth the $ on that. Our service was lacking. I had to request a refill of my water multiple times. Overall, the experience was good, but the pacing of service felt slow. There was approximately a 45-minute gap between the salad course and the second course. While our server was kind and professional, we didn't feel as attended to as some of the other tables around us.
