Dietary restrictions: I would not recommend this place to ppl who are diabetic or have HTN or any kind of stomach issues. Otherwise, it's a good place to eat when on the run.
Parking: Good location and fast service.
Kid-friendliness: I'm not sure!! But previously, I had gone there with my children, and they had great accommodations. They had high high chairs for the kids.

Yesterday, November 26, 2024, I went to place my order in the morning and according to the store's hours, it was supposed to be open, and I spent more than 6 minutes in the drive thru and they never attended to me, I don't understand why they notify that the store is open and they do not provide customer service. What a disappointment I won't be coming back again.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen or heard of a Burger King opening up at 10:30 and closing at 10. Breakfast is over by the time they open this is ridiculous lol

Incompetent staff, got the order wrong first of all after asking multiple times to repeat myself and had to drive back and at 9:40 they’re already closed? Window and google say midnight? I had to bang on the window to get someone’s attention, and at that point I didn’t feel comfortable eating the food they would even attempt to remake. Just gave the wrong food back and asked for a refund, to which no attempt to reconcile or even apologize was given. Went over to McDonald’s right after. Won’t be back

How is it only 9pm and you are closed when your closing time is 10pm? This is the last chance I gave this BK. I love BK but this one has always been a disappointment everytime I have come here. Whether it is too long of a wait time, order always wrong, or food is way past being fresh. How is this BK still open? Do not come here at all!

I usually don’t like Burger King because they are always busy and sandwiches are always messed up… but today I decided to stop by and give a chance. The place was really clean and organized,the food was delicious and well prepared, fries crispy and hot!!! The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars was because they didn’t have napkins… no way Jose…. But the rest! Absolutely good, I was so tired of the day, then I decided to eat inside, the atmosphere at 3pm was nice and quiet!!! I left the place feeling relaxed and good.

Burger King is horrible. The food is terrible and it feels so dead inside the restaurant. The terrible atmosphere might be why I cannot enjoy the food, but even when I order delivery the food is not enjoyable. I have completely stopped buying food from Burger King. The restaurant should close down!

I don't know why I have given this place so many chances. The service is horrible. The food is horrible. They hide how long their wait times are by having you wait at the first window for several minutes even though there's no one else in the drive-thru or in the store. This will be my last visit here.

I went there yesterday 8/13/24, after work. Ordered thru drive thru & had a gift card which had $25 on it. Gave young dude my gift card & he lied & said there was no balance on card. So I gave my debt card to pay. As I was leaving check balance & still $25 on gift card. Went in to get refund & show them there was balance. The so called manager Tony said he could not help me & was very rude. Told me to come back this morning so I did. Also, my food was not right when i got home. General manager little short hispanic dude was even more rude to me & would not fix the problem or give me refund. This place is horrible & one of the worst experience i have every had! Nothing but uneducated ppl work there & nobody know how to do there job. Avalon is a nice neighborhood & when we have restaurants like this in our area looks really bad. No wonder I never see any cars there. Place needs to be closed down immediately!
