We came there at 10:28pm and how do y’all say your closed when you’re open 24 hours which means you close at 2 am I looked it up. I was in the middle of ordering and you turned off the intercom and everything. Which you didn’t tell us after we drive the second window and said y’all are closed. And being lazy and don't wanna work this is by far the worst Burger King I’ve been .

Worst location I have ever been too. Drive through order took well over 10 minutes. There was 1 car ahead of me that's it. And they had a small order. This location continues to be terrible service. Needs a new owner who cares enough to staff it properly.

Me and my wife just went to the drive through, at the ordering menu someone came on and said can I take your order?, my wife asked for a caramel sundae and we never heard back from the girl taking the order, we waited 2/3 minutes and then drove up to the window to pick up the sundae and nobody ever came to the window, there was 1 girl cleaning a table inside and said they were closed, it's now 8:20pm on Friday night on 12/19/25.

Went to the Burger King in Avalon Park today and there was a sign on the drive-thru speaker saying they were out of meat. At a place that sells burgers. This isn’t even surprising — this location is always short-staffed, and even when you’re the only car in line, the wait is ridiculous. At this point, they should honestly close and let something else take its place.

This might've been the worst experience at a BK i've ever had. I'm a big fan of BK, they've got great burgers and onion rings, yet this place is an absolute disgrace to everything a BK is supposed to be. I went at around 5:45, ordered a pretty simple meal (2 cheeseburgers, onion rings, and the bacon tots) and drove up to the first window. I waited around 5 minutes for the person to even get to the window, I paid and then drove up to the second window. Keep in mind, I'm the only one in line. After waiting THIRTY MINUTES, they FINALLY gave me my food. The onion rings were cold. Burger was warm at best. I asked for 2 cheeseburgers with only pickles. They added tomatoes and onions. No pickles. The cheesy bacon tots also had no bacon in them? I ended up forcing myself to eat everything anyway, and it was not worth my money. I am never coming here again, and I will be telling everyone I know to never come here again. 0/10.

Need the outside cleaned up, talking about building lawn maintenance. Looking a bit run down. Depends on who's working , sometime you get friendly service ,( most of that is daytime ) night time bit questionable. Food has just been so so. I really like burger kings so I hope they get their action together at this on on Avalon. Thanks
