One of the finest dining opportunities at Disney World. Located in the grand Floridian Resort and Spa, it is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding dining experience. The service and attention to detail are typical Disney (excellent) but it does come at a price. If you’re looking for an inexpensive dining option, this is not it.As with any restaurant at Disney, kids are welcome, however, this is an upscale restaurant that requires the proper dress attire. If you have tired, fussy or rambunctious little ones, I’m not sure this would be the best option. We had an outstanding meal in a wonderful atmosphere as an engagement celebration. I would highly recommend Citricos if you get the opportunity.

I had been trying to dine at Cítricos for a while and was able to get a reservation recently. It did not disappoint! The food was wonderful, particularly the filet, and the macchiato dessert was phenomenal; very nuanced and flavorful with a spicy-chocolate-coffee twist. The ambiance and service were great, our server was professional but also very fun. My only quip is I feel it is more expensive than it is worth, but remember you’re at Disney World! Definitely dine here if you can snag a reservation and if the high price point is in your budget!

I have been to Disney about 70 times, this was the first time we ate here. The whole experience was flawless. I had a Filet, cooked to perfection, and my husband had Mahi Mahi, which was a special. My husband said it was the best he has every had. Our waiter was exceptional. Will go back again.

Beautiful place, but the service is lacking. Seated 30 minutes after reservation. Waited at table for 15 minutes without any interaction or water.

We really enjoyed the food here and the staff was great. Moses our server was funny and descriptive, and the host who brought us in was kind to point out the subtle thematic bits of the restaurant. The filet was delicious and our group enjoyed their starters, especially the local clam chowder, and dessert (profiteroles). From where our table was we were also able to watch the fireworks when they went off which was pretty and convenient. The only real downsides to this is it can get pricey, with most entrees in the $40-50 range, and it's definitely a dining experience so they aren't the quickest of eateries. I'd say it's definitely worth a meal, especially if you're staying at the hotel.

The service was great. The place is pretty and the views are spectacular. The food I felt was super over rated. The presentation was mediocre the taste was ok. The salad I ordered tasted like it was still in the patch. There were 4 of us. No alcohol. No dessert and the bill was a little of $400 which is not unusual for us. But the quality was just not there. We had someone in wheelchair. Told them we could park the wheel chair upfront if the table was close. They told us ok. Then they sat us literally at the furthest table from the entrance. Didn't say anything.

I came with a group and dined in the Sommelier Room, which is a private dining experience featuring many things off the menu plus some great additions, and WOW. It was one of the best and most unique culinary experiences I've had. The Sommelier Room was an amazing experience and I highly recommend to anyone who has the means to do so. It was 3-4 hours and 9 courses, with a featured wine or zero-proof pairing for each course. Each course was presented by the chef and the som, and every cast member we met was fantastic. It was some of the best food I've ever had, and although 9 courses is a lot, it was perfectly paced and presented. It was a one-of-a-kind experience that I wish I could do over and over again. They also were very accommodating for dietary restrictions, especially with the menu being pre-set. The room was beautiful and in a prime spot in the restaurant. Amazing!!!

This is a fancier resturant on property so they make things extra expensive and cut portions. We've eaten here a few times, the food is good but not the best on property. Overall I would recommend going somewhere else.

Fabulous!! Probably the best meal that I’ve had on Disney property. We ordered the caviar, filet, and truffle mac & cheese. Everything was absolute perfection. Our waiter was very attentive and very pleasant to talk to. It was a great experience, and I would visit this restaurant every time I’m in Orlando.

Grilled octopus salad. Not grilled or fresh but the artichoke hearts and sauce was delicious.Ambience... Private room was quiet and worth any additional costs. We had a regular dinner with reservations. The ambiance was wonderful. They prepared a table for all of us. The service seemed a bit slow as we were a large party. The selection of soft drinks was nice. Tried a grapefruit based soda. A touch sweet bit very good as the ice began to melt.My house appetizer was very good. Enjoyed the pecorino on it. The size was perfect. My cobia entree was good. Would have enjoyed a second piece of fish. Properly cooked with a slight sear. The presentation was wonderful. The pickled onions and peppers complimented the meal as did almost everything. The additional egg whites were a nice healthy touch. My wife had the tile fish on a bed of risotto. Was good but the risotto or the fish made it runny. I found the risotto flavorful so I suspect the fish had wrung itself on the rice. The pork chops, I did not try, were either too cooked or just cooked. Both plates were good but this inconsistency was overt.Desert was good, and were snarfed by the hungry teens at the table. Goat cheesecake was excellent.Dietary restrictions: Staff was well informed about what could contain nuts. Separate menu with allergens was nice to have.

We’ve been dining here for 2 years now. We love it. However I believe this is their second menu change this year and I don’t think it was for the better. The food was fine, the options weren’t our favorite personally and the portions are very small for the price.Service was amazing we had the same server as last time, he’s very attentive. Our favorite dish was probably the dessert, we tried a 3 crème puff dish (don’t remember the name)But that was definitely the highlight.

Delicious food that is beautifully plated, nice ambience, great service. My kids are very picky eaters and they ate all their food here. The coriander spiced cobia (fish) was very flavorful with firm meaty texture and crispy skin. The Roulade of chicken (see picture), my daughter said it was the best chicken she ever had.The Grilled Pear Char Siu Porcelelet Chop, it was wonderfully flavored and tender with a lovely crispy crust. The truffle Mac and cheese had house made gnocchi and was rich and delicious. The kids meal steak was a good size for bigger kids, and it was seasoned very wellWe tried various deserts and they were all exceptional. The server was very attentive as well. We will be back soon!Dietary restrictions: Peanut and nut allergy menu availableKid-friendliness: Kid menu available with very tasty food

Third time there. Quality, selection and portion size have all declined. Service was sub-par at best. Parties of 4 or more were served before our party of two. Mentioned it was a birthday celebration and had a swirl of whipped cream with a candle. Even though we ordered dessert. Won't be back again.
