My husband and I absolutely LOVE this place!!! It’s such a quaint, little restaurant with the most AMAZING service and food!! This is our go to place in Orlando for authentic Italian food made like your grandma used to make!! Hubby’s fav is the eggplant parmigiana and i am partial to the pollo francaise and the caprese as my starter. The tiramisu is a gift in itself and the crème brulee is from heaven!! We come to Florida for training and we bring friends here from class every time we visit!!

This is our “Must Eat At” spot any time we are in Orlando. It is a hidden gem that you must experience. I love the eggplant parmigiana with a side of spaghetti. She loves the chicken franchise. You HAVE TO TRY the home made tiramisu! To Die For!

Put this place in your list as it’s a wonderful Italian restaurant where everything is home made.

The food was delicious and the workers there were very welcoming and friendly whenever my girlfriend and I walked in. We had gotten take-out yesterday and the food was still delicious and hot when we had gotten home .

The food was delicious. It was big portions as a good Italian restaurant. The service was excellent. The only downside was the long wait for the food, but I will definitely come back. Great food and super cozy place to eat.

We had such a lovely dinner at Café Trastevere. My son and I shared the arugula salad with walnuts and blue cheese to start, and it was fresh and delicious. He had the gnocchi with a creamy sauce and added chicken, and I had the penne gorgonzola with chicken. Everything was excellent, but the homemade crème brûlée was definitely the highlight of the meal.

The dining room is sweet and cozy, and it was the perfect spot for the two of us to sit, talk, and enjoy each other’s company. It felt relaxed and special without being fussy. We’ll definitely be back.

Location and interior is nice, but the food was terrible. Wife got clams and linguini, the clams were burnt and the pasta had no taste. My lasagna was cold in the middle and heavy salted. This place used to be pretty good but whoever is cooking there now doesn't have the same skills sorry. Should have known when we were the only customers the whole time we were there lol

I’ve been twice with my husband, friends and family. Both times we were parties of six and both times we were blown away.

It really makes dinner an experience where you slow down and enjoy the ride, order a bottle… or three ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Share appetizers with the group. Can’t finish your dinner? Save it for tomorrow. Still got room for dessert though.

I’ve personally had over a dozen items on the menu and have loved every single one. Can’t recommend enough 💕

Went there on a date with my boyfriend for the first time and we ordered ravioli stuff with lobster and he got veal with linguini. My food was warm (not HOT) and the ravioli were hard. The veal barely had any flavor. Overall the survive and atmosphere was great. Maybe next time we’ll try something different

This restaurant was amazing! Nothing like it my entire trip. Salad was by far the freshest lettuce and tomatos I’ve had this week. The ROLLS!!! Came out hot and fresh. I wanted more but was so glad I saved room for the main course. My husband gets chicken parm wherever he goes and by far the freshest sauce - perfect oregano. I’ve been coming to Cafe Trastevere Italian Restaurant for a while now, and I still haven’t found a dish I didn’t like.

Tonight was toasted ravioli to start, a glass of Chianti, and veal parmesan that was perfectly tender with just the right amount of mozzarella. Nothing heavy, nothing overdone… just balanced and done right.

What really sets this place apart though isn’t just the food. It’s the people. The owners, Filipe and Desiree make you feel like you’re not just eating there… you’re part of it.

Places like this are hard to find. When you do, you don’t just visit… you come back.

You must go here. This is a lovely, intimate little Italian restaurant that's been in Orlando since 1996. The food is absolutely delicious. The bread is hot and the vegetables and salads are fresh! I don't usually like calamari. It's too chewy. This place has wonderful calamari! Go!!!!

Really good Italian food in Orlando. I was down in Orlando for business and decided to eat here. It was not a mistake! I had chicken formaggio and it was delicious. The asparagus was fresh, chicken was tender, and the sauce was spot on. Will be back for sure. It is absolutely a local spot and everything screams local. You will not be disappointed with the food or the prices.
