We were loyal regulars at Santiago’s for brunch, until now. We loved (previously), how it was tapas style and they would bring it out to you hot and fresh. Now, they’ve switched it to buffet, so it’s not so fresh and frankly feels more like a hotel breakfast buffet style. Food is okay. There was nothing like the peel and eat shrimp before (which is now gone). They do have crab legs now, personally we preferred the peel and eat shrimp. The drinks and service are good as always. I’m not sure now that we will be back based on the new concept/style. We make pretty good breakfast tacos at home, which is what they give you the ingredients to do here on the buffet. The tapas concept before was nice because it felt like more of an elegant experience that you were paying for and got your moneys worth. We also noticed that it was nowhere as close to as busy as it used to be, not sure if that’s because of the new style or time of year. Would love if they changed it back, but companies are trying to cut costs and this is one way of doing it.

I ate here a few years ago while working. Wanted to bring my husband here for something different. They offer a lot of different tapas to try, which is great for just wanting to try something new. The manager was a very nice guy to talk to.

Used to like this one. I would say it was just ok. They sat us at a place where the seat was really torn up. We asked to be moved and that started the not nice vibe. The place felt not too clean. The vase on the table was dirty and clearly had not been wiped off in a long time. The croquettes were good as was the bread pudding. Service not friendly.

We came for a birthday brunch celebration. We were seated and given menus which described the variety of tapas available along with unlimited mimosas and sangria. The previous time we came for brunch it was buffet style with crab legs, prime rib, homemade pastas and salads, really one of the best buffets in Orlando. What a change, and not for the better. The first section of the menu was salads and soup. The choices were tomato soup, broccolini and kale salad, or fruit. We tried the tomato soup. It was just ok. It lacked seasoning and although it has cream in it, it was very watery and flavorless. The salad was delicious. Did not try the fruit. Next section was the Cold tapas which consisted of peel and eat shrimp and bagels with salmon and lox. Both were good. Next came the hot tapas. The choices were the hash brown casserole, prime rib, sausage and bacon, biscuits and gravy, frittata, or pasta carbonara. The hash brown casserole was tasteless, the prime rib came covered in gravy with horseradish sauce on the side, the biscuits and gravy were delicious, but not a lot of sausage gravy, could not eat the frittata, while the pasta carbonara had homemade noodles, the sauce was weak and runny. Out of the sweet tapas, I had the croissant French toast which was ok. Honestly, I will not be back. It took 45 minutes to bring a frittata that was cold. I know why there is a two hour time limit, it’s how long you wait to get your food. Sadly, this is not what it once was.

Unfriendly rude staff! The food is great and is a cute little gem that I used to enjoy but the hospitality level is down to the floor. Hostess are not welcoming and the waitress who gave us service 😞 THE WORST!

Great food and good service, but the loud crappy commercial music ruined the visit completely for all 3 of us. Horrible atmosphere because of this ghetto radio station on full blast 🤬 If the management of this restaurant knew anything about creating a authentic atmosphere they would play some smooth Spanish guitar flamenco music or something of that sort!!!

2stars only cause the regular American coffee is terrible. Just wanted to let folks know. Didn’t try the others. Otherwise, nice place, nice service.

What a lovely surprise! Came here for brunch and enjoyed every little bit of it. Had several of the options and some white sangría! Phillipe was excellent helping us choose, so kind and fast... even took some pictures of the group! Another gentleman was also helping him but I didn't catch his name.

So I would like to start with I was very excited to go back to try this place we hadn’t been there for quite a few years we noticed it’s always busy so we decided to give it a try. We were there for our anniversary , when we first got there the young lady running the front ended up being our server our demeanor from the gecko was already something that caught my attention but I brushed it off and moved on. We sat down and placed our order we got two alcoholic drinks to start and those were awful and that’s probably where I should’ve caught up and walked away(I got the coconut Mojito tasted like Watered Down no coconut flavor no mint nothing and my husband got prickly pear margarita also no flavor) So we continued forward in ordering off the menu we had multiple items we were ordering it seems like we were ordering no longer available due to menu change that They are going through. In the items we did eventually choose the waitress was very discouraging about the items We attempted to order, she was not really friendly and seemed very annoyed we were there mind you the restaurant was pretty Empty, I get that everybody has bad days but my experience yesterday left me with not wanting to ever come back. The restaurant is clean and very pretty they have a nice outside patio where you can dine. Overall the food was OK it was nothing special it kind of lacked flavor although it looked really good, I Did like that they are small bites so you could try so many different things but keep in mind your bill will add up lol most of these plates are not worth the price sadly

The egg croissants are delicious, the coffee is good
The place is nice and small. There is no place to sit inside the JW Marriott Hotel, which is close to Starbucks and close to the lobby
The staff are nice

Brunch is nowhere near as good now. The food and experience was 10 times better when they had the buffet brunch. It used to be the best the brunch spot but not anymore. Far better places for the price.

This was my first visit to Santiago's Bodega at this location & we chose to eat outside. The menu was extensive & the service was excellent. All-in-all an excellent lunch.

Let me start out by saying we typically love Santiagos Bodega...for dinner. We decided to try their brunch before attending a Harlem Globetrotters game. NOTHING WAS HOT! EVERY THING CAME OUT LUKEWARM. From the hashbrown casserole, to the fritatta, to the biscuit and gravy. Bacon, soup, French toast all lukewarm. Pancakes not cooked at all, raw or extremely overcooked sausage, bagles not toasted. Don't let the picture of smokes salmon fool you, they added some questionable fish dip type to the cream cheese. Prime Rib...also lukewarm but i suppose that cut of .eat should be. more like the saltiest piece of meat you have every put in your mouth. Just terrible. Spagetti carbonara for sure that would be hot right? Nope cold alfredo sauce and questionable pancetta topping that looked weeks old. We tried everything on the menu except the shrimp or kale salad it was all so very sad. The brunch is not worth 50 per person maybe 25/30 at best. Take a look at the toffee cake below....burnt to a crisp and days old. My husband and I were so disappointed because this brunch was so poorly executed.

What a great tapas restaurant. And best of all was Tyler, Teddy, and Zoe at the bar. They simply made everything great... even the boo boo.
