I depend on this place. At least once a week I am blessed by the empanadas from this place. I don't know what I would do without this place. I come here in between classes and relax for an hour with a delicious coffee and a snack. I think it is the best place on campus value wise. You can get two empanadas for 6 bucks, 3 for I think 7. There's no where on campus where you can get this much food for the price. And the food is delicious as well. It is a step above the...
Normally okay but sometimes the workers just dont give a damn... I was the only customer in the place during a lull recently. I ordered a cafe con leche with sugar, and the barista didnt even stir the drink. It was bitter at the top (leading me to believe she didnt add sugar at all) but then way too sickly sweet at the bottom. There wasn't a single other person in line, so no reason to rush... I hate to be petty but that's just negligent.
I would give 5 stars for the quality of the coffee and food, but 1 star for the price. It's funny how you can go to other Colombian Cafes and get a coffee, buñuelo and pan de bono, for the price of one coffee at Café Bustelo. Please lower the prices a bit
