The food is really good, and the service is quick. The workers have always been polite and nice even if the order wasn't made correctly. They would correct their mistake quickly and would remain polite without hesitation. Very consistent quality in service and food.
I had to get a baker's dozen of bagels for my graduate seminar, and the manager was very kind and and oversaw the order to make sure that I got everything including plates and napkins. I appreciate it. The bagels were great as usual, especially the asiago bagel which is my personal favorite.

Service is always slow and it seems like employees aren't being managed properly. I have never seen anyone take so long to make a cold brew coffee. Employees should definitely be retrained in order to improve productivity and order accuracy. Otherwise, food is good for the most part, they just lack a sense of urgency.
