For being a college campus restaurant, full of students and families (orientation time) they got my food to me in a decently timely manner. Food tasted great.
The space was crammed/tight, and loud, but that also told me that it was probably going to be a good meal since it was so popular.

The customer service was amazing, especially Jonathan. The student lead was incredibly helpful, professional, and wonderful throughout the entire experience!

Chick-fil-A is a busy and accessible restaurant, with wheelchair accessibility available throughout the building. The service is generally good, with employees working efficiently even during peak hours between 11-1. While wait times can be around 5-10 minutes most of the time, the restaurant often has a large number of customers waiting for food, especially on a busy campus with thousands of students. Despite the long lines, the staff do their best to keep up with the demand. The food quality can sometimes be inconsistent, but it is usually better than average. There are vegetarian options like salads, veggie wraps (which are not on the menu and need to be asked for), as well as mac and cheese and fruit bowls. Gluten-free bread is available on request, and grilled items can accommodate dietary restrictions. The Kale Crunch Side is tasty, and the fries can sometimes be gluten-free if cooked separately. The restaurant always smells good, and they keep the mints and other items in stock. The staff are mostly university students who are friendly and happy to work there. Overall, Chick-fil-A offers a friendly experience with warm, good-tasting food.
