This location seems incredibly understaffed for such a busy cfa. It doesn’t seem to be the employees fault but each time I go I wait anywhere between 15-30 minutes for a salad… As someone who has worked at cfa before coming to ucf, this would’ve been unfathomable and the store I worked for would’ve given out gift cards or free cookies for the wait if it was over 5 minutes. Don’t go to this location if you’re in a time crunch.

Polite staff. No biscuits or yogurt available upon opening at 11 am Saturday. Was served a Chicken “Biscuit” on an English muffin…who wants that? Not sure why UCF uses such prime space for a vendor that serves no one on Sunday and is too cheap to properly stock itself when open on Saturday.

This is in response to a Jeff Ryan from 3 weeks ago. We were closed for half an hour and you tried to enter our store drunk on game day. No, I literally could not let you in the store/serve you food, you idiot.
The employee MARIA was INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. I politely asked for a different drink in which Maria rolled her eyes and responded with "you can deal with it." I had such a bad experience.

TBH Aramark doesn’t let you use reward points so I gotta hold back on that craving to finance don’t let them finesse you the food is bussing while studying gotta keep it ? and let y’all know the service always sending #
They changed their system for ordering and getting food over the summer, and it now regularly takes more than 30 minutes to get an absolutely standard sandwich. They seem to regularly lose orders, and there's not even much hint, like at the DMV, of whether your order is getting close. The food is good and the servers are friendly, and I hope this gets better, but it has been like this for more than a month and I'm giving up.
