Could be a little cleaner. The service workers were nice but need to be educated about gloves and cross contamination. For example: you cannot have on the same gloves and prepare sandwiches touching different meats such as pork for those who do not eat it and grabbing other meats and toppings and utilizing the same knife to cut. ok so this place was not that tasteful compared to other dining halls although their drinks are not watered down. one good thing was that i did not get food poisoning from it even though having sushi. overall not good get something else if there is the option and the redeeming factors are that its a buffet and not watered down drinks.

One of the best places on the UCF campus for me since I like eating. One big issue for me is that it does not provide 'Halal' food. You will get different meat and vegetables as well as salad items. Recently they have added ice cream. Overall, it always feels refreshing going there.
