This place was great but above all Sammy the Waiter was all around a pleasure. His Personality and customer service went above any experience we had while in Orlando! He made our trip. We looked forward to seeing him in the morning for breakfast. We had to leave early on our last day and were sad we could not say bye to him. That is how much of an impression he had on us. He better than a cup of coffee in the morning. 10 STARS **********. All the staff were nice respectful...

We went for Christmas lunch buffet yesterday and it was amazing! Much better than expected. Macy (manager) and Diana (server) were wonderful with us and made us want to come back soon for another festive date!!! We highly recommend the food, service, and environment!!

The quality and choice of food was amazing. We were seated very quickly and the staff were very attentive and kept our glasses of champagne and mimosas topped up as we'd decided to use Ubers so we could all have a drink. Lots of seafood including oysters and carvery stations. Desserts were amazing too. We ate far too much but it was so delicious looking that it was hard not to try a little of everything! The entrance to the hotel was decorated beautifully with lots of Christmas...
