Leighton was amazing. He went well over and above trying to find a solution for us. He went through several pathways with customer service. Definitely would go again.
Soraya is the absolute best. We are an elderly couple, we had our identity stolen. We talked to a dozen people, police, bank people, social security workers. Nothing, for over a year we tried to get help, somehow my wife's SSDI check mysteriously was direct deposited into an account at Capital One in her name. It has been a nightmare, Soraya was on the phone over a hour talking to customer service and capital one fraud unit. She advocated for us like we were family. My wife cried...read full review
