I am the least pickiest person on earth when it comes to food. This is hands down the worst food I have ever had…. No exaggeration. Outrageously priced. AVOID AT ALL COST. You need to take out a loan just to feed a family of 4

Keep strolling, there is much better food in the park. If you must don’t order the grilled chicken sandwich, you going to need a gallon of water to put it down it’s so dry. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Definitely not recommended. At $21, the burger and fries are poor value—the quality was terrible for that price point. The service was also unexpectedly slow; it took 10 minutes just to place the order and another 25 minutes for the food to reach the table. Lesson learned: If you want a quick meal, pack your lunch or check out other options.

Food is atrocious for the price, just under 22 dollars for the driest burger that I also had to construct myself and the size of the side of fries that was like a toddlers picked some up and put them on my plate, safe to say I will never put my money into this place again, absolute joke rip off, no wonder it wasn’t busy AVOID
I got the beyond burger combo meal and it's probably the worst meal I've had at a theme park. The whole meal was very overcooked and dry! You got tiny a portion of fries and it didn't warrant the £15 i spent on it! Don't recommend.

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Not a single staff member used gloves while serving food. Shockingly, the chef—who should’ve been in the kitchen—came over to clear our table while we were still sitting there. She said “you’re welcome” three times in a nasty, sarcastic tone, as if we were in her way. She even dropped our tray and made it impossible for us to sit back down.
During our entire visit, only one table was cleaned off. The staff seemed impatient, rude, and completely disorganized—nobody appeared to know what was going on.
As for the food: my chicken tenders were bone-dry and flavorless. The BBQ pork burger was absolutely awful—it had just ONE tiny piece of pork. To make matters worse, they messed up 2 out of 3 of our orders. None of us finished our meals, that’s how bad it was.
The managers seriously need to retrain their staff—or hire people who actually care. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
