For some reason I will never understand you enter to a register where they scream at you that you need a table. Find a table get the number and then get in line to order. I can not for the life of me understand this process. How can you "claim" a table you aren't at because you are ordering? I asked the gal screaming to get a table if needed one if we just wanted drinks. She said no. The cashier seemed really put out by this since 4 drinks was a "big order" and demanded we get a table number before we order. It is supposedly bc this is "table service".... then why am I ordering at a counter? Why not just do like every other restaurant in the world and hand us a number? I have now been here twice and the system is still really screwy.

In the Marvel area of the park, we had lunch at the Captain America Diner. First, you will be asked to order via the Universal application on your phone, then by scanning the QR code on the table, your order will be served directly at the table. The menus are not cheap ($20 for a complete set) but that’s OK. ✅ The pork hamburger sweater is very nice. ?

Very bad attention from the workers, bad character and they even rudely silence their customers. They charged for the refill glass without it being requested, and they didn't want to deliver it either. Terrible attention

Omg!! After years of attending islands of adventure I was truly shocked at how horrible this place was. When we first arrived one of the members of our party was suffering from heat exhaustion. We asked for an emergency cup of water. They told us to get in the line for the drink machine which was very long and very slow. Of the three soda machines two were out of ice. We first waited 15 minutes to refill our $15 refillable cups and get water for our friend. We then waited in line another 10 minutes to order. Next, we went to our table and waited 35 more minutes for our meals to be delivered to us. Sadly about 3/4 of the way through his meal another member of our party found a long piece of plastic in his food. We called an employee over to tell him; he gave us a free ice cream . Finally, if all of this wasn’t enough, that same member of our party got food poisoning. We left the park immediately because he was so ill. We actually had to pull over on the interstate so he could throw up. Never AGAIN

Terrible service rude staff and also declined to help for a good while when tried to explain the app was down, they kept just saying use the app until I had to physically show them it wasn't working. Ordered food and waited a long time !

Burgers was dry and portion of fries were small. It's nice that there was the opportunity here at all.
Very bad attention. They wanted to charge me a surplus due to an error by the person who attends the cash register. When I made the claim, everything was very confusing, they wanted to return me almost twenty dollars in coins. The predisposition of the employees is terrible. I had to cancel the order... A waste of time!
