I was in town and wanted some fried fish. This is one of the best Captain Ds I have been to. The food was fresh, and the customer service was wonderful. The cashier with the glasses and the gentleman serving the food was wonderful. Thanks!

Horrible customer service, unclean and the drive- thru takes forever to acknowledge you. Also, once you eat the fish, it makes your mouth so dry that you will be needing to drink water for hours!

Took forever for them to answer the call box no one in the restaurant ordering or in line. They they were out or tarter sauce and honey mustard. .... unreal that's like hooters being out of hotsaucse

This particular one is in a not so good part of town. There were homeless people inside the restaurant bothering the paying customers asking them for food. There was an argument between 3 homeless people while we were eating. There were 2 additional homeless people that came into the restaurant just to use the bathroom. There was another homeless man that was asleep in one of the booths. Staff was doing nothing, acted as if they were not there. It made for a very uncomfortable and unsafe environment. The food was not fresh. It tasted as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for several hours. The sweet tea was really good though. The only good thing about the meal. The service was barely any. Our order was taken verbally first while the employee was refilling the tea. Then our order was taken again at the register. When I took my food to the table my tea was missing. I went back to ask for it and the employee was just sitting on a stool on his phone oblivious to me even being at the counter. There was not one single clean table in the entire establishment. Luckily I carry baby wipes and I was able to clean us a table. The trash was beyond full, it was puking out of the can. Tables still had previous customers food and messes on them. The floor was littered with trash. Wish I had seen all of this BEFORE we paid. I sure hope we don’t get sick. If you have children please do not take them here. What we witnessed while here was definitely not PG or child appropriate.
Kid-friendliness: NO!! We witnessed things here that were not child appropriate. This is not a safe environment, especially for children.

Best captain ds in this area. They still have sweet and sour sauce!! The other restaurants don’t. The food is always cooked perfectly. Whoever their cooks are, they were trained well. Drive thru perfect! Wish it was closer to south central Orlando but I’ll gladly drive here.

Just got my food via Uber Eats. Cheese sticks cooked hard, cheese outside, they're glued together bcuz cheese is old as hell plus no marinara. Shrimp mushy like paste, green beans good, mac n cheese ok, fish fried very hard

Got 2 orders of corn on the cob which was tasteless, I order a chicken dinner they gave me fish, fries was stale and salty, need better customer service.
