I’ve traveled most of the big cities in North America and being originally from Taiwan I always look for Taiwanese restaurants to try.To my surprise, this restaurant turns out to be the best and most authentic Taiwanese food I’ve had outside of Asia.The delicious food as well as the warm & attentive chef and waitress reminded me of my lovely childhood back in Taiwan. Visited Formosan Garden in the Golden Sparkling Plaza and it was a great experience! The stir-fry rice noodles were tasty, offering a mouthful of flavors with every bite. The fried tofu was perfect - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It's rare to find a spot that nails both dishes. Service was good. Ambiance was definitely cozy. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic, delicious Taiwanese food. A must-visit for both locals and visitors!
