Tiramisu wasn’t up to standard. I’m from Jersey and I go to the Hoboken Location often and this location was not it! The strawberry cream cake ? filled of syrup the cake itself had a awful taste the only good thing I can say the cannoli was decent. Cash register wasn’t friendly. The customer service isn’t what you expect it to be when paying for over priced cakes and pastries. Not the same feeling or quality you get going to the Hoboken Location.

Overpriced but hey it’s Florida Mall, you get what you pay for. I ordered the lobster tail and it was $6 for a tiny pastry! It looked like a half of an actual lobster tail, $6! I can get a whole box of pastries at Sam’s for $6! The taste was old , never coming back again.

I come from out of state often and the first time I bought lobster tails at noon, they were dry, stale, tasted at least a day old. I told the girl and she claimed they're made each morning. Yeah, uh-huh, so next time I bought them when they first opened in the morning and you guessed it, dry, hardened, stale, pudding inside separated like it had been inside for 2 days. I have a problem with a bakery that is going to lie to you that an $8 pastry is fresh when it's not. Who does one report this to, the health department?

Very disappointed! I paid $8.00 on two OVER PRICED chocolate chip cookies that were stale! Never again!
The pastries and desserts are absolutely beautiful! However, taste was a bit underwhelming and nothing really special unfortunately. Prices are a tad pricey for what you're getting. A cannoli was $5.75 lol but do love supporting Italian bakeries throughout FL. Hopefully the taste will be a bit better on their other items.

Not impressed not even a little bit. It was no different then eating a bakery item from Walmart. It was absolutely disgusting. No flavor. No taste. You could tell the inside of the items were frozen. The only positive I will say is my cookie was soft but the taste was terrible as well. Would not spend my money here again.
