Delicious food

Really great Pho place, friendly owners and good price. I love the raw beef Pho but everything I’ve had is great. My girlfriend loves the Summer Rolls.

Pho and summer rolls are so good here so I keep coming back. Just sucks how the service isn’t that great.. especially from the lady. I come in feeling like I’m bothering everyone. Also it can feel a bit eerie inside being that it’s so quiet with barely any windows and the dark painted walls. I’ll usually just order take out for that reason.

I used to love this place but when did they get so rude :( I came in 25 minutes before closing and they denied me…. I was going to do takeout. I would get it if it were 10 minutes but come on. Way to lose a loyal customer

Yum. I used to visit often during the pandemic, as it was one of the few places still open for dine in. Will visit again when back in the free state of fl.

We were passing thru and stopped by for lunch. The lights inside restaurant was off but open sign was on so we went in. The older coupled stared at us without saying anything. My husband finally said “HI” & that there was two of us. Without saying anything, the older man pointed at the menu. I wanted to leave but my husband said we should just order something since we’re there already.
I paid cash, no “thank you” or smile from the older man. NO customer service skills at all.

The vermicelli noodles were ok but pork didn’t look or taste like it was cooked. Did not eat it all.
The roti was package type with weird sauce.

Maybe they ran this place for a while now and ready to give up. Really made me think of how they stayed afloat with that attitude and service.

Tucked away in East Orlando, Phoresh Noodles stands as a beacon of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, demonstrating that excellence can be found in unexpected locations. This family-owned establishment has mastered the art of pho, offering a dining experience that rivals the best noodle houses in Vietnam.

The heart of any pho restaurant lies in its broth, and Phoresh's version exhibits remarkable depth. This is not a broth hastily prepared; it's a testament to time-honored tradition and patience.

The quality of ingredients sets Phoresh apart from its contemporaries. The rice noodles maintain perfect texture throughout the meal, while the beef selections - from tender brisket to delicate rare slices - demonstrate careful sourcing and preparation. The accompanying herbs are notably fresh, with Thai basil, cilantro, and bean sprouts arriving crisp and vibrant.

Beyond the signature pho, other offerings maintain equally high standards. The spring rolls arrive tightly wrapped and fresh, packed with an ideal ratio of herbs to protein. The vermicelli bowls showcase the kitchen's versatility, with perfectly grilled meats atop a bed of fresh vegetables and expertly prepared rice noodles.

Service at Phoresh transcends mere efficiency. The owners' presence adds a personal touch to each visit, offering gentle guidance to newcomers while warmly welcoming regulars. Their genuine enthusiasm for sharing their culinary heritage enhances the dining experience significantly.

The restaurant's interior, while modest, is impeccably clean and comfortable. The focus here is clearly on the food rather than unnecessary aesthetic flourishes - a priority that serves the establishment well.

For those in East Orlando seeking authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Phoresh Noodles offers an exceptional dining experience that combines traditional recipes with high-quality ingredients and warm hospitality. It stands as a reminder that sometimes the most remarkable culinary experiences are found in the most unassuming locations.

Went here because I was craving Tofu PHO. I didn’t want to drive all the way to Downtown Orlando where I would normally go for Vietnamese food. This spot had good reviews so I thought let’s give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the food came out, along with its degree of freshness. The cashier (who I’m assuming was an owner) was very friendly and acknowledged my presence promptly. A+ for friendly staff and a great meal. Will definitely return.

I come here often because of where I work and they’ve always been very good to me. The atmosphere makes me feel at home and I like their food a lot. This has been a place where I can take a break and I would come here on my own time if I had the chance.

Not a great parking situation but the food is very good! I highly recommend their chicken pad thai and spring rolls.

Doesn't seem like much on the outside but inside it is very clean and elegant. It was a bit loud from their fans though if you were to sit-down to eat.

Parking: Small strip mall parking lot, can be difficult to park.

I haven’t been to PHORESH in a few months and I’m quite disappointed after my meal tonight. The older gentleman at the front taking the orders was extremely rude and unprofessional.
I hate going to a place where I feel I’m bothering someone. There was no “ thank you” or ANYTHING. He was just downright rude.
The food also took a bit of a decline. The summer rolls had 99% lettuce and not as flavorful as I remember. Unfortunately due to his unprofessionalism I will not be back.
