Charley’s is my FAVORITE PLACE. Like literally. I’ve eaten at this location a few times and I always enjoy it but this recent visit was not it. The lady who took my order was so pleasant and the rest of the employees were pleasant as well.What I have to comment on is the food. ? I believe I even got food poisoning because I was terribly sick the next day. The sandwich was a chicken California like I always get. Nothing new. My sandwich was falling apart and it didn’t taste right at all. Even my sister got her normal meal and she couldn’t even eat it. I ate mine as I didn’t want to waste our whole $37 but I KNOOOW Charley’s and it truly wasn’t it.I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I want to see if anyone else got sick on 4/13/24 at the Florida Mall location.

Shocking!!! Placed order at 1.44pm and was served at 2.30pm. Stood in a queue with numerous other annoyed people. The service was unbelievable slow. Suggest you give it a miss!

In nine out of ten visits, they often get your order wrong or miss something. Today marked the last straw for me – dealing with a mix of new, lost, and rude staff, arguing for missing fries, and being forced to return to my table for the receipt at 50 years old. Spending $85 on four meals, I believe there are better places that treat customers more respectfully. If you do end up going there, stay on top of them during the preparation of your order to avoid surprises when you open the box later.

Half an hour wait per order in a fast food restaurant.And looking at employees faces was awesome!!! They just don’t care!!

The only reason this place is getting two stars rather than one is because of the corporate customer service that saved the situation. This place seems to "run out" of regular cups so they HAVE to charge you for an entire large combo. They also have a manager or owner working there that is extremely rude. But! Other Charley's in the area are great! The one further down on OBT, the one in Ocoee - both excellent with a great team. And corporate really does do good recovery. But this location needs new management or a corporate investigation.

Thought hey this charleys place we keep driving buy it let's try it out. Really in the mood for a good cheese steak. I ordered the original extra meet extra cheese and fries. Ate a fry as soon as they gave them to me at the drive thru and they were slightly undercooked definitely no crunch! No golden brown just bland white I figured that's okay I'll air fry them got home got home there soggy just awful. The cheesesteak had little to no onions peppers and mushrooms it was put together extremely poorly ?. Will not be returning very disappointed.you say number 1 cheesesteak in America I mean you should be sued for false advertising.

This is at the Charleys inside the Florida mall 8001 s orange blossom trl, 32809 the manager is getting his hair cut in the back of the store we’re the food gets prepped at NASTY why you couldn’t wait to go to a barber shop why did you take it upon your self to go get yo ur hair cut inside the store were y’all prep the food so these ppl eating hair ???? He needs to be fired and yes I am sending this to HR , health departments and all this is nasty and the Man that’s sitting in the chair is the chair is the manager so you knew better .

Currently here at the mall, my sister order a kids meal for her child and the menu shows $6.49 for strips which includes a drink. When the young lady told us the cost it was $9.50 before taxes...when I asked if the meal came with a drink she said yes it does but since we don't have any small cups we have to charge $3.00 for the drink.... so how is that the customers fault????? That the company isn't doing inventory check to make sure all products are in stocks. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY AND THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS LOCATION.. you take advantage of customers...

I ordered the large cheesesteak polished it off and then went back and got a regular. The chef, bald gent with glasses saw me in the line again did a double take and said "you ain't still hungry..." and I said "I've waited 20 years for this. I was 18 the last time I was here!" Still the best Philly cheesteaks.

For the record I rarely leave a bad review, I swear im not being a hater. I work by the mall, my employers literally make fun of me because the many times I come to Charley's, literally everyday. This place needs to get their *** together, management seems non existence, I had a very short period of time to have launch, I order with the app ahead of time and I come when the app tells me to come.. I been waiting for a sandwich for 25 minutes 90% of my brake gone, its always the same story from Thursday to Sunday its imposible to get nothing in timely manner.. the bald old man that works in the kitchen is the goat, and is the only reason which I and other employees at the mall keep coming to this place. Also if you ask for a manager on the weekends, there is no one to answer. Employees just get mad at you and tells you to come other day during the week..
