The only reason this place is getting two stars rather than one is because of the corporate customer service that saved the situation. This place seems to "run out" of regular cups so they HAVE to charge you for an entire large combo. They also have a manager or owner working there that is extremely rude. But! Other Charley's in the area are great! The one further down on OBT, the one in Ocoee - both excellent with a great team. And corporate really does do good recovery. But...read full review

Best Charley’s I’ve ever been too! The food is always amazing and fresh when I go! And the staff are so friendly and helpful, I never feel stressed when I order food from here! Will definitely keep coming back!!
