I placed a large order and was told to go to the other drive-thru window to pick it up. There were 4 cars ahead of me at that window, so it was at least 12 - 15 minutes wait time for me to get my order. When I arrived at the window the staff didn't remember that I had placed the order. They did complete the order within minutes, so the food was warm. The staff was friendly, and the order was accurate. My only concern was why I had to go to the other drive-thru side window...

Not a fan of up charges, that's not explained at ordering. Your shakes are much smaller but charge more than the other fast food restaurants. Don't think I'll be back for a while.
