“I put my order in through the app. Pulled in to the drive thru and gave my name. She asked if I wanted to make any changes to my order or add anything, which I appreciate. I pulled up to the window and was greeted again with my drink in hand. A few minutes later had my food and it was accurately made with my sauces as well. Any time I go to Chik Fil A, this is the service I expect and receive every time!! Staff is always pleasant with a smile.on their faces!!“
“Food is this location is always fresh but honestly the best part is the service, a shout out to the team members on this location, they are super polite and always welcome you with a smile. “The customer service being exemplary is an understatement, a fight had broken out, and a wonderful lady named kamilla had gon out of her job description to tend to the wounds of the victim who had been assaulted, holding ice on his wounds for him, and ensuring he recieved proper medical care, and even is helping to follow through with the police report, im happy to give my business to places like this. Whose employees stand out in this age lacking in compassion and love for eachother!“

“Chick-Fil-A always a great place to eat, I got the chicken nuggets, they were so tender and good, got a Dr. Pepper, and my don got a chicken sandwich, and my grand-daughter got same as I chicken nuggets! Service was excellent and the atmosphere was great! We dined inside yesterday. My son treated me so dont know about how much he spent. Everything was great and the reason they always get 5 stars!“
“Our family of 5 flew in from Alaska to spend Thanksgiving holiday with family and our first stop was Chick-fil-a. Our favorite sandwich is the grilled chicken sandwich but it has to have the honey roasted bbq sauce. When we pulled into the drive-thru we were so sad to find out they were out of HRBBQ. We told Janiah this was our first stop and we’d been looking forward to our visit all day. A few minutes later she can back to our car with a baggie of hrbbq. We were so excited and made a wonderful end to a long day of travel. THANKS JANIAH!!“
“The drive thru set up makes sense it’s highly effective for the lunchtime crowd. Multiple points starting with taking your order, giving you your receipt, repeating your order and then delivered. I’m on my way back to work it seems like in minutes. 😎🎊“
“I had such a great experience at Chick-fil-A! The food was fresh, tasty, and came out quickly. Everything I ordered was just right, and honestly, it was even better than I expected. What stood out the most, though, was the customer service — the service was excellent. Everyone was super friendly, polite, and made me feel really welcome. Did you ever notice how Chick-fil-A always has a full dining room and lines of cars around the restaurant? Check out the competition and their empty dining rooms....hmmmm“

“It's slammed all the time and the guys here can only do so much so I'm giving them a break. Is it a 5-10 minute wait most times? Yes. But they do tend to have around 20 people waiting for food at once, and usually not due to lack of effort, it's just because this campus has thousands of students and it just so happens lots of then want chick-fil-a.
Vegetarian options: There is a decent amount of salads and they are all customizable, plus veggie wraps (not on the menu and must be asked for) along with mac and cheese, fruit bowls, and other options like these.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread on request, plus grilled items.“
“Ordered dine-in while at the restaurant and the food took less than 10 minutes to arrive. Food was hot, fresh, and always delicious. A nice employee then came up to our table to ask if we wanted refills and threw out our trash for us. We love Chick Fil A and this location is great!“

This restaurant chain has made its mark in the realm of airport dining, with locations in numerous airports across the United States. This is one of these locations. It is located inside the Orlando airport but outside of the security in the common food court located between the A and B gates on the third floor. I have been to this location several times while waiting for luggage. The line to order is usually long but moves fairly quickly. The food is the same delicious quality food found at any Chick-fil-A location. The staff did not seem very friendly but they were professional. The prices seemed reasonable for airport food. Overall, it was a good experience with good food at a reasonable price.“
“I love going to this CFA, even when others are closer everything here makes it worth it. I do mobile pickup orders, it’s always so fast and the line never takes long. The employees are always so friendly and attentive. I never miss an item in my bags.“
