Long post warning.
It pains me to write this review about a chain that I love and have dined at for about 30 years, but we just had an absolutely horrible experience at the Lake Buena Vista location on Saturday night. There were several different mistakes with my order which I will detail below, but the thing that shocked me was how they attempted to resolve the issue.
