Great customer service. Staff was attentive and courteous.
Everytime I go to this location during the morning I'm told they can't do certain drinks, I'm told the items have been discontinued.....even though items are on their menu and I've gotten at that location in previous visits during the afternoon or evening shifts. The items are the Frozen hot chocolate and the Almond Joy hot chocolate. Your morning shift needs to be retrained.....
Worst service for a dunkin donut. Did mobile order for the drive-thru and was told to go wait in the front because they were needed cashing out the cars behind us. Never took the order out to the car. Had to go in and get it where our drinks were melted as it was probably sitting there for awhile. Why have the option for drive thru when u are gonna kick us out of the queue line and make us walk in. Employee at the drive thru was rude and the manager seemed clueless.

Based on reviews, this Dunkin' location has an awesome staff that always goes above and beyond. The store is always clean and well stocked, and the employees are very communicative, both behind the counter and with online orders. The service is fast and attentive, with one staff member taking an order and filling it before a customer could blink. The food is always great, the espresso shots are perfect, and the hash browns, especially the loaded ones, are awesome. If there is ever a mistake with an order, there is no hesitation to make it right. This location has raised expectations for every other Dunkin' and is a very pleasant place to come to.
