On day one I had the dole whip lime, they had no other flavours. It was okay but not my favourite. Day two I had the dole whip 'pina colada' which was basically pineapple with coconut, and I had it with the oreo topping as well. That was lovely in the heat.

NOT REAL ICE CREAM. The sign is a scam, it’s some kind of chemical filled ice desert. The straw berry tasted like a melted jolly rancher. We tossed it in the garbage after one lick.

Huge disappointment that Universal is servicing this to customers for $7.00

How hard is it to serve ice cream that is even remotely as good as what you can find at a fast food restaurant. I want my money back.

Around 12pm the 2 workers they had were just super rude to everyone

Just like everywhere here. The service is sooo slow. And over priced, under quality. My kid was only in the mood for ice cream, and will only eat chocolate ice cream. Their “chocolate“ ice cream, is vanilla with a little bit of chocolate swirled in.

Very nice and friendly people! They make the effort to give you what you need and to make you satisfied! He suggested that I tried the pineapple and Vanilla mix and was spot on! They need a bigger place with more options though! They deserve it!

Our kids are HP fans, no „Potterheads“ though, but they know the tiny details of the story. Located inside the Diagon Alley. We expected totally overpriced average tourist food. But we experienced great tasty icecream with interesting variations like „Earl Grey & Lavender“ or „Clotted Cream“. We didn’t take the soft ice cream but the hard pack ice-cream. Each is a selection of two scoops in a waffle cone. Compared to all other ice cream in the park, and during our trip, these were giant scoops. Taste was so nice. A perfect rest during a hot day. Don’t need to be a fan to enjoy. But beware, in contrast to the Harry Potter script, this ice cream is melting.

There’s always a queue out the door from my experience but I wouldn’t let that put you off. The queue moves quickly and you’re served within a reasonable time. Although there are lots of different and interesting flavors I’ve always gone for the butter beer ice cream in a cone and don’t regret not trying anything else. Butter beer ice cream is just the best. You get a great serving of ice cream and it’s good value for money.

If you’re thinking about whether to get ice cream or not, just do it. You can order and then eat your cone in line at the Gringotts ride. There was always a line when we were there on a Saturday afternoon, but it moved fairly quickly. You have the option of getting a cone or a souvenir cup (extra cost). They have hard packed ice cream and soft serves, in addition to more elaborate concoctions. I opted for the clotted cream, which was tasty and is a good option if you don’t want something too sweet. The butterbeer tastes a little too much like root beer for me, but it’s iconic. The Earl Grey and lavender is another good option if you want something a bit more out-of-the-ordinary. Credit cards accepted. There’s no seating but you can get a good view of the dragon breathing fire at 10 minute intervals atop the bank. No samples. Service was friendly and efficient.

Ice cream was delicious, had the strawberry and peanut butter flavour. The service was awful though, this would work much better if you paid for what you wanted first and then were served the ice cream. The till had such a long queue where they were having to question again what anyone had ordered which meant people were having to eat their ice cream in the queue in the crowded shop. One male member of staff who was serving was particularly abrupt, could barely be bothered to listen when we asked what I wanted and started a conversation with a colleague (where he was moaning about a previous customer) which meant he needed to get me to repeat my order. Not impressed for the price of the ice cream

visited on the 22nd of June at around 6pm the staff working were blunt and rude to my brother when he couldn’t hear, not only that but the woman made the ice cream (strawberries and cream) where they left this green line in the ice cream. She didn’t apologise but just laughed about it instead and didn’t make a new one. If I could give it a zero I would?

My girlfriend and I bought a couple of ice creams from this establishment whilst in universal in Diagon Alley and were really glad we did. I had the Banana ice cream with chocolate chips and she had the strawberry and cream, they were both amazing. She struggled with hers as they are quite large but I made sure nothing was wasted from either purchase. I’d highly recommend getting an ice cream from this store.

We enjoyed the ice cream here. It’s convenient located in the new Harry Potter area of the park. They even have butter beer flavored ice cream that is quite good. The line can get quite long.
