New owners. Ice cream was delicious!
Delicious ice cream with unlimited customization and a unique experience. Wish I would've found this place sooner
The staff was not equipped to handle a large group walking in. The said that they had a lot of online orders to handle. Most of us who came in with the group waited at least 20 to 30 minutes.
The best dairy free ice cream I’ve had. I got the strawberry. It really was delicious and the kids had a great time looking at the process.
Came to Chill-N Ice Cream in Lake Nona last night with my husband and kids, and honestly, it was disappointing. We drove 20 minutes excited for nitrogen ice cream, only to wait 40 minutes in line. Two teenage girls were working the counter, laughing and chatting the whole time, but didn’t manage the line at all. People were confused about who was next, and some even tried cutting in.
The ice cream itself wasn’t bad, but it’s overpriced. Toppings aren’t included, and for four of us we paid over $40. The texture wasn’t that unique, more like soft serve than the crunchy nitrogen ice cream we were expecting.
Overall, the place really needs better customer service, line management, and clear communication. Right now it’s just overpriced mid ice cream with a lot of waiting.
Very good! The people who made my ice cream were very very nice! It was really cool seeing the steam from the liquid nitrogen. Definitely going again when I'm in the area!
What an interesting place... I felt like I was walking in a science lab. The flavors are listed in formulas you pick your mix and they make it fresh there and then. You end up with a delicious smooth and creamy nitrogen ice cream 🍦 😋
Good flavors and delicious, but also pretty expensive, more than most
Why don’t they have a Chill-N Ice Cream in my city?!
We found this place when we searched for “vegan ice cream in Orlando.”
My husband is vegan and I’m dairy-free so we get excited when we find ice cream shops with vegan options. We literally visited two days in a row, lol.
How it works: you choose a base. Then you choose a flavor. Then you choose your mix-ins like Oreos, nuts, gummy worms, fresh fruit, chocolate chips, etc. There’s tons of options.
Finally you get to see them make the ice cream using liquid Nitrogen! I felt like a little kid again because this was so fascinating and fun to watch. The ice cream was so good and has a great consistency too.
The staff was friendly by the way and were happy to explain the process to us because we were a bit overwhelmed our first time there.
I’m obsessed with this place and can’t wait to visit Orlando again just to come here. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely amazing experience at N7 Nitrogen Ice Cream in Lake Nona!
The ice cream is incredibly smooth, fresh, and flavorful—easily one of the best nitrogen ice cream spots I’ve ever visited. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly takes the time to explain the process and help you choose the perfect flavor combination.
A must-try in Lake Nona! 🍨✨

Delicious ice cream and very friendly staff! 💗
We was there on weekends with my kids, they loved it, the taste of the ice cream was so creamy and not over sweetened 😋
Beautiful
Really enjoyed my experience. The ice cream was delicious. The place was clean, and the people who work here are very nice and friendly! I recommend!
It was my first time having nitrogen ice cream. And it not disappointed me. I tried yogurt tart key lime, and it was so good.
