This food was salty and nasty.. I decided to go to this location because it was closer to my house.. I should have went to the one near Mellinia … I paid $19 for my wrap and it was just salty .. very salty.. who ever seasoned the meat must of been very angry with his boss or over weight.. bc I can’t see how someone thinks that much salt is ok.. I have never been in a nasty tasting chipotle because the New York are superior and never fails but this is nasty… stay away … I gave my burrito to my dog… $20 bucks for that ..

Don't go to this place. Don't order delivery from this place either. When you order delivery with your rewards this chipotle will cancel your order on purpose and take the food. Don't order from them. They're ghetto they never have any plastisware.....the lemonade it NEVER filled up. Eating area no matter time of day is a mess. They legit just steal your food. Don't do it.......drive to one closer or go to QDOBA.....they don't have it here. It's said their location is the only thing keeping them alive because it's not ghetto customer service.

I haven’t been in a while but last night I had a great experience and I wanted to say thank you to Prynce. He was making my order online and noticed it was wrong. He was using soft shells instead of the hard. He apologized and made the change without any issue started to make the tacos all over. Mind you the store was about to close. I told him to just use the same filing so not to waste. But no he made them over all fresh and even offered the wrong ones. He did it all with a smile and in this day and age that’s hard to find especially since they were almost done for the day. Thank you Prynce for making this a great visit and I will certainly come back Due to your great customer service.

The place is dirty, the bathrooms are a mess and they let people from the street (homeless) come in and handle the beverage machines without saying anything to them.

3:17pm December 27 - please teach your cashier to at least push the food to the side of the counter the customer can reach it. She rung me up and just stared at me as I leaned to reach the food right next to the line.
Tables are dirty af and it’s not busy. Man, you guys really don’t care at this store. Shame.
The food looked old and dry. The woman working the toppings was so rude and confusing and let another couple skip me after she did the people in front of me full order so I was really confused when she didn’t even acknowledge me so I could start my order. And I had to turn back around because they didn’t put what I paid for in the bag. Would rather go out the way to another one.

I was ordering respectfully and the guy told me to say everything at once instead of listing it off like rudely interrupting me. And they were apparently out of guac even tho they are supposed to be open 3 more hours. This place has gone downhill it used to be hip and nice when it opened and now it’s awful. The drink station is never stocked like I press on the sodas and only soda water comes out. There’s never any silverware or napkins it looks like a ransacked mess. I live down the street so I’ve been coming here for years.

Im writing this review because the restaurant never picks up the phone! I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, extra cheese, sour cream, blk beans, and white rice. I got home to a bowl that had very little chicken, extra extra sour cream which covered the whole bowl top and I’ve had to scrape off. I have now called about 3 times and no answer. I pretty much paid for rice and sour cream.
