I haven’t been in a while but last night I had a great experience and I wanted to say thank you to Prynce. He was making my order online and noticed it was wrong. He was using soft shells instead of the hard. He apologized and made the change without any issue started to make the tacos all over. Mind you the store was about to close. Honestly, pretty good experience overall, as I come most Wednesdays during rush hour. The food was fresh, and the employees were nice, no small talk necessary. They also fill up the bowls pretty good, and DEFINITELY far better than many other Chipotle’s in Orlando, whoever told the employees or if they themselves took on the task of filling up those bowls, you are doing god’s work for most of us!

Food is good, cleanliness in the lobby is always an issue for some reason(sometimes no napkins, dirty tables, drink station not clean). Female worker name Vontay always has an attitude when I come in.
