So, today I went to this chipotle, which is in my old neighborhood where my family and I used to live. I was shocked to see some of the poor reviews. As I walked in, I was greeted by two of the staff, the gentleman who started my Tacos was very nice, he and the other associate piled high everything on my Tacos, and it looks like a work of art! I haven’t been in a while but last night I had a great experience and I wanted to say thank you to Prynce. He was making my order online and noticed it was wrong. He was using soft shells instead of the hard. He apologized and made the change without any issue started to make the tacos all over. Mind you the store was about to close. I told him to just use the same filing so not to waste. But no he made them over all fresh and even offered the wrong ones. He did it all with...
