Poor customer service experience
I went to Chipotle today (01/28/2025 4:05pm), excited to enjoy a nice meal and use a free guacamole code I had received. However, when I got to the register and asked the employee to scan it, they told me they couldn’t accept it because they had a new manager who supposedly doesn’t allow it. This makes no sense, as the code was issued by the company itself and was still within its validity date.

I find it very unprofessional...

Today I went to your Chipotle store and was treated with exceptional service from your employee, Karina. She greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was as she served me my burrito. Karina was extremely professional and a model employee. I normally don’t write reviews but Karina made my day.

I quite liked the service, the food and the hygiene of the place, everything is very clean including the bathrooms (I was pleasantly surprised), the staff speaks both languages ​​and are quite friendly in both. The amount of food is more than enough for one person and the taste is wonderful, I will go again.
