I had a terrible experience at this Churchâs Texas Chicken location. I truly felt discriminated against during my visit â the way I was treated was completely different from how other customers were being served. The staffâs attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected, and thatâs not something anyone should experience anywhere, especially at a place that serves the public.
The food didnât make up for the poor treatment either â it was cold, and the order was wrong. But the real issue was the lack of basic respect and kindness. I hope the management looks into this and trains their employees better on how to treat every customer equally. No one deserves to feel like they donât belong.

This is the worst Churchâs Texas chicken ever! Came to this location, ordered a 16 piece and requested no chicken thighs. The EXTREMELY rude cashier said they couldnât do that because then we wonât be charged the special. We never asked for the special?! Then she started smacking her teeth, shrugging her shoulders etcâŚhate your job? Why work there? She was so rude we requested to speak to her manager. Complete waste of time. The manager advised they could not give THE PAYING customer a 16 piece with no thighs because then they would need to drop more white chicken and they donât need white Chicken right nowâŚ.sounds like a lazy employee to me. Then the manager says cooperate will âget on themâ. All this because we requested a 16 piece with no thighs??? Take your money elsewhere that knows how to treat their customers with respect!
