Cinnabon at Islands of Adventure

Don’t buy from this place, first of all, this Cinnabon was very dry, the whole point of a real Cinnabon is that it requires to actually have cinnamon on it. Felt like eating a piece of bread with a bit of cinnamon sprinkled in between. No good. Do not waste your money there.

I have had Cinnabuns in various locations all over.
But this location the cinnabun was dry, icing did not cover the whole bun like other locations. When asked if exta melted icing could be applied. They just looked at each other and then said that woild be extra.. The expectation of cinnamon was not there. I even bought extra icing to help compensate. I went back after trying to eat bun. That I did not finish eating. I went to express my disatisfaction. Again the employees looked at each other. They shrugged they shoulders, said and did nothing. No apology nothing. Showing me that that they didnt care one way or the other. So I asked for a manager. Which they said he was in the City Walk and that they would contact him but it would be awhile. So I said nevermind. Overall bad experience for food and service. Would not try again! Hopefully it will be better for next person.

Cinnabon is always a win. Who doesn't love a warm, ooey, gooey cinnabon drizzled with cream? Cinnabon is always a happening spot in Islands of Adventure as it is conveniently located at the park entrance where you can grab your sweet treat on your way in or out of the park.

Mall ordering on the app is silly. It said my order was ready so I went to the window and while I waited for them to make my order right then three customers ordered and received their order before me. The cinnabons were dry and not very well covered with frosting. For almost $9 a pop it was very disappointing.

Just now waited 20minutes in line only to be told the item I wanted would be another 35minutes. An hour for a quick serve location is beyond ridiculous. Avoid this park time sucker location.

I don't think there's a better cinnamon roll! I get a 4 pack nearly every time I visit here (season pass holder) and never regret it. This location has kept the quality consistent but service sometimes is slow. The atmosphere isn't themed for the rolls though - more of a grab and go than anything else. I miss the days when they had a place just outside of the parks.

Went there yesterday evening and got a cinnamon roll cold brew.
Unfortunately, after stirring and stirring hardly any flavour.
My husband asked the staff to add some more cinnamon flavour. The Girl behind the counter said she would have to charge extra.

What kind of Service is this ?
Extra charge on something that tastes of nothing ?
Why call it a *cinnamon roll cold brew* if you can't taste the cinnamon ? ?
Anyway, someone else behind the counter told the girl to add flavour without charge.

The drink was fine afterwards and tasted like it should do.

Got a mocha coffee, $6, more than half ice, then I ask why it's almost all ice and the girl is super rude and with attitude says that's the recipe..

Quick service, a little pricey but it’s inside a theme park a for a snack it’s okay.

Finally got round to trying Cinnabon and did not disappoint! Even went a second time.
Yes it’s pricey however the roll is huge as well as warm and smothered in icing. Going to need Cinnabon in wayyyy more UK locations please

Cinnabon at City Walk Universal Orlando. I asked for cinna sweeties, and they gave me the cold, chilled one! Then I asked if they could exchange it for a freshly baked one, but the attendant took mine and heated it in the microwave! It was dreadful to eat the entire squishy, gum-like sweet instead of a fresh, warm one.
