Always enjoy breakfast and seeing the same faces every time we visit JW/Ritz grand lakes Citron.
It cost $50 for one person to get the buffet. Originally I wanted the continental breakfast and I was informed that means i could only eat the COLD food. Which was yogurt. That means it would cost $32 just to get a bowl of yogurt. The eggs were disgusting, and none of the “hot food” was even hot. Definitely not worth $50, it wouldn’t even be worth 50 if it was a meal for two. What happened to hotels offering a buffet for breakfast? The JW marriott simply does not go the extra mile for their guests. However, the servers were great and accommodating!

The mimosas being premixes made me MAD! Expensive price for bad product, sad to see the place cutting costs like that

The breakfast buffet was great. The selections were the best for breakfast and a large variety of items.
The selection for the Memorial Day bbq was not worth the price tag in my opinion. The food was ok, not great. Nothing was particularly memorable other than the service which was excellent. Desserts were out of a box which was disappointing.
Great server excellent service and loved the conversation and interaction. Food was very good and hot! Excellent selection of food choices. Will definitely be back when in Orlando again.
This was a nice breakfast buffet with a lot of options. The bubble waffle was a bit of a disappointment though. They don't use the chewy rice dough so it's a little dry and not sweet at all.
The breakfast buffet is great but pricey.
5/5! Ambiance, food, servers, and overall experience was amazing!
Very disappointed in new year eve buffet. Not enough verity of food. Back room gloomy. Overcharged for what was given. In the past we were given drinks & new years eve favors which was not included this year.

As a guest of the hotel on NYE, for the price I paid I was VERY disappointed in the quality of the food. It felt like an overhyped cafeteria, who tried to elevate the experience but fell far short for what they charged. The pastry was the highlight and I don't love most desserts. Far below this caliber of hotel, especially one attached to the Ritz Carlton.
The food is outstanding. Consistently good year after year. And the staff are the nicest and personable. Rochelle, Wendi, Rosa and Gil are exceptional.
Pretty poor experience for such a pricey NYE menu. Limited drink menu, innatentive service had to get up and "steal" cutlery from an out table after asking 4 times. Very disappointing way to end our year
This was an expensive New Year's Eve buffet with mediocre food (it is a buffet after all so expectations were not high) but the most disappointing part candidly was the dining environment. There are 2 rooms for dining and we were seated in the back room which has awful Holiday Inn vibes. I stared at a bright broken light for the majority of my meal and the waitress said she understood but couldn't do anything...there was plenty of additional seating. I understand NYE dining comes at a premium, but this was laughable. Every other restaurant on this property is amazing and even the free Bonvoy member breakfast looks like a Michelin star environment by comparison. We ended up ordering pizza from Domino's after dropping $400 for dinner on 2 adults and a child.
Very disappointing compared to previous years. Drinks were a la carte, not even half the offerings on other years, yet the price went up !
