I was craving some lunch between my appointments, and since I don’t usually find myself on this side of town, I decided to Google some healthy restaurants. I stumbled upon this gem and ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp with a veggie cup on the side. It was absolutely delicious and super filling! The best part? I didn't feel sluggish afterward, which is a nice change from how you often feel after dining out.

Nice little chill spot with good food. I got the buffalo chicken wrap with Monterey cheese instead of blue cheese on it. The music and atmosphere is nice too. I got the epic chicken wrap too, that was tasty as well.

Healthy food and a reasonable price - cannot beat it! This place is great whenever you want to eat and want to eat relatively healthy. Definitely coming here again. I recommend any of the “makin’ muscle” choices or the “build your own bowl”. This place is great for a post-gym meal.

We have been getting meal plan meals for the last couple of weeks. We mainly use them for lunches and still cook dinner most days, but it is sooo nice to have prepped healthy meals to just grab and heat whenever we are hungry. I find it more affordable than eating out or sometimes even grocery shopping for a whole week. I share with my toddler too on really busy days and she loves them. Has been great for us so far!

I got one of the bowls and was disappointed with the taste/quality. To me, the food here is very functional. The honey roasted carrots were just mini carrots that weren’t cooked long enough. Some of the worst sweet potato fries I’ve ever ordered, and I only received 5 or 6 individual fries…not exaggerating. When you factor in the price, it’s just not worth it. I could easily cook a cheaper and tastier meal on my own. Maybe it’s just a problem with the bowls, but I won’t be going back to find out.
