Always randomly closed during the busiest times and order has been wrong the last few visits when they are open. I enjoy this franchise but some of the locations are really hit or miss

It is expensive and has almost nothing, the açaí bowl looks like a smoothie and is super incomplete. I love acai and I like to try it in different places but sadly The acai at this place has definitely been one of the worst I have ever tried ?

PLEASE STAY CLEAR! PLASTIC IN YOUR FOOD! I went to get Acai Bowl and when this girl was preparing my Acai Bowl the noise from the blender was awfully loud. I got my Acai Bowl to go, as I got home I took couple bites and i thought that granola was awfully hard. I literally spit it out and it turns out there is bunch of big pieces of PLASTIC. I am assuming parts from the blender. This is a huge hazard I almost choked on it not mentioning that I took a couple bites!! I tried calling and no one is answering my phone calls. I am so distraught that I probably ate couple pieces and that the staff did not see that parts of the blender were damaged. Stay away!!

How often do they wash the filters. Sorry grossed me out can't get workers to clean soda machines I'm sure this is harder
a very bad experience! I would not recommend it for anything! first attention is fatal! and second I asked for two açaí! The girl put everything in the blender without leaving the topping and she told me that the toppings were mixed! It looks like you're making me a milkshake! I would not return again a bad waste of money

Let me just start by saying how sweet Kiara was! Her customer service was impeccable ?! Although I had a pretty big order, my smoothies and wraps were out within minutes. The food was amazing. I was a bit skeptical about getting food due to a previous bad experience at the Winter Park location but i was very pleased with the quality of my smoothies/wraps at this location. Thank you Kiara!

This is the closest location to my house but they’re ALWAYS out of something. One day it’s avocado, then pineapple and so it goes …. Very annoying. I’ve been in on at least 4 occasions and they were out of an ingredient or their supply of cold pressed bottled juices.

For the product and the service you receive, not worth the money. Ordered for pick up and when I showed up at the time it told me the order would be ready, I had to wait over 15 minutes. Wrap is so thin, sandwich pretty burnt. Wouldn't recommend. For over $60, you can find a much better lunch/dinner option.

I really love comin here often; usually 3x a month or so. One of the last times I went I got an açaí bowl, upon getting home and opening it I realized there were quite a few ice chunks in it.., as if it wasn’t fresh and had been sitting in a fridge/freezer waiting to be ordered?I tried to go again today, ordered on their app. Same smoothie I always get, literally just press reorder. It usually is green and this time was pink. I asked why the color would’ve changed and the girl rudely responded “because there’s strawberries?” I replied “oh, well I get this all the time its usually green?” and again rudely, she replies “well I don’t know.”I’m almost positive it’s the same girl who served me the icy açaí, her name is Vanessa. This has literally made me want to stop coming here if I see her in the shop….Like gain some kindness? Some customer service skills maybe? Stop being so crusty please. (Also yes I changed my name so my food doesn’t get spit in)
