This is the closest location to my house but they’re ALWAYS out of something. One day it’s avocado, then pineapple and so it goes …. Very annoying. I’ve been in on at least 4 occasions and they were out of an ingredient or their supply of cold pressed bottled juices.
I really love comin here often; usually 3x a month or so. One of the last times I went I got an açaí bowl, upon getting home and opening it I realized there were quite a few ice chunks in it.., as if it wasn’t fresh and had been sitting in a fridge/freezer waiting to be ordered?I tried to go again today, ordered on their app. Same smoothie I always get, literally just press reorder. Let me just start by saying how sweet Kiara was! Her customer service was impeccable ?! Although I had a pretty big order, my smoothies and wraps were out within minutes. The food was amazing. I was a bit skeptical about getting food due to a previous bad experience at the Winter Park location but i was very pleased with the quality of my smoothies/wraps at this location. Thank you Kiara!
