My favorite Ice Cream brand in all of USA. Absolute monsters in regards of size, flavor and value. You can pick blindly at any options and I'm certain you'll enjoy the result. I wouldn't recommend the large size though. That's not for normal human beings. Small or medium are the perfect sizes

Service was insanely slow, she asked us our orders about four times, leisurely walked back and forth while she was making our milkshakes, talked almost imperceptibly quiet, and the place seemed extremely unsanitary. Only giving two stars bc the ice cream was good.

Went to Cold Stone for a small sundae, waited too long because of no staff there to assist and then cut by a friend and told they won’t do anything I wanted. Very disappointed as a long time admirer of Cold Stone’s products and frequent other of their establishments.For context: I Arrived at Cold Stone for an Oreo Overload advertised on their overhead board. No staff was there to receive. I awaited figured someone stepped out to restock and a Starbucks employee waited nearby also. After a couple mins I asked her if they generally take a break period now and she told me she just called her here. A cold stone employee returns and told the Starbucks employee to cut ahead and made her a sundae, swiped a card for her and the Starbucks employee left. Stepping up to order I asked for a similar sundae but with Oreo and was told they don’t do those here. I look up to the board for another option as my boarding time approaches and chose a milkshake as seen above the employee. She told me again, they don’t do milkshakes there. I asked what I could get there and she said just scoops of the flavors in front of me, no sundaes or shakes despite the boards above her displaying various sundaes and shakes like the one her friend left with.Cold Stone has terrific ice cream so even with just the plain flavors I’d give it higher stars but the total lack of service or work ethic at this cold stone is a disgrace to their high quality ice cream and name

Today is Friday June 10th. It is 5:49pm. “Ms. Sunshine” needs to be removed from behind the counter. Her attitude was horrible. She should not be near people. Her phone was more important then anyone.

I'm a regular at cold stone but these were the grumpiest staff I've had anywhere! They have a "rum raisin" ice cream...with no raisins...and no raisins available as a mix in. Because of how it was labelled I assumed I could get raisins. But she wouldn't let me change once I realised it was just rum. They were just super short and grumpy with us.

The girl working there on Thursday April 28 at 8:00 pm is extremely rude … we had to wait for here for at least 15 min to show up and when she did she was disrespectful she made me feel not welcomed so I just left .. never again

Cashier was talking on the phone the whole time she was serving customers. What a lack of customers service. I once thought she was talking to me but she was chatting on the phone . This generation sucks! Icecream ? was pricely..ok taste.

-1 star for only having mint & strawberry ice cream, along with a few topping choices. however the worker was nice and the ice cream was good.
Bad ice cream. Only had three flavors. Cash register broken asked if I could pay cash. But then magically could take credit card. Also out of milk - couldn’t get a shake. Cold stone should be ashamed of this location.

If you like cold stone, do not come to this location unless you want to be extremely disappointed. The ice cream doesn’t taste at all like their regular locations. Birthday cake remix was sweet with no flavor and the mint tasted like it was a store brand.
