first time at Universal we stopped by because it looked pretty neat from the outside and it would look pretty clean from the inside. We noticed there was nobody hardly in there, but as we were going to order, we didn’t see anybody at the register who made any contact with us? As we proceeded to go forward, the older black lady rudely says you need to order here. so we did she did not seem like she wanted to be there very unmotivated as well as the staff just walking around not saying hi or greeting anybody as if they were forced to be there. this is supposed to be a happy People come all the way from different countries or states to enjoy themselves not to be treated by disappointing people.. They need to do better!! We got greeted way better at the Waffle House.

We trekked across the park to catch dinner because everything else was closing. According to their site, they were open until 7, but when we showed up they said they closed at 6. Painful experience for not keeping their information correct.
Can you make it more fashionable by putting bombs in your sandwiches and drinks
A very bizarre experience. Before we entered we were stopped by an employee encouraging us to mobile order.... but it was empty inside so we didn't see a point. The person who took all of our orders missed a lot of items we requested and we didn't get everything we ordered. Couldn't find napkins or straws, so l asked an employee where he went to the kitchen to grab me some but he gave them to me with his bare hands and none of the straws were wrapped up....was very frustrated, and food was sub par. Luckily I knew l'd get over it in 5 minutes aha. But I'll leave it at that. There are so many better options, don't waste your time with this one. I enjoyed Krusty Burger in the Universal Park!

Food was alright, maybe even good, but the quantity was too low for the high prices.

I came in at a relatively empty time (there were only a few tables with people) and ordered a coffee. Nothing special, just a plain cup of black coffee. I wait for a bit, then the waitress comes and tells me the coffee will be ready in 5 minutes. I end up waiting 30+ minutes, can clearly see the coffee sitting inside the cooking area, and still no one has brought it to me. I asked and the receptionist had to end up reminding them. It's the worst service I've ever experienced and I certainly expected better from Universal Orlando of all places. And all for a cup of black coffee. The gentleman next to me who ordered the same thing ended up asking for a refund because his coffee took forever to come as well. As someone who has worked in customer service: What a joke, I expected much better.

Food is mediocre. The chicken in the orange chicken bowl was dry ($15.99). The sauce was good. Burger was ok ($17.99). Slice of pizza wasn't anything special ($11.99). Portion size was good-easy to split between an adult/kid or two kids. Bit pricey if not sharing.

Cashier was rude and continuously complained about his job to the other staff. Food was horrendously terrible cold yet overcooked fries were cold. Burger was like a piece of rubber. My daughter got vegetable lo mein that was completely dried out and all stuck together. Every single trashcan in the establishment was overflowing all the condiments area. had sticky soda and trash, laying around it, soda all over the floor, sticky throughout the restaurant. The tray that my food was served on was completely disgusting and smelled horrible. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody and the fact that my bill was almost $70 for three sodas two burgers and an order of lo mein is just unbelievable. Hopefully this message gets to management, however I’m not holding my breath. I am not much of a complainer by any means of the imagination. I just feel as though you folks could do way better than this.
The only thing comical about this place is the price of food for the poor quality, service, and speed in which you get. You’d be better off ordering food from a restaurant that’s severely understaffed. At least you’ll get it quicker than you will here. The staff was walking slower than your grandmothers worn out rascal that’s at the end of its life. I don’t understand what’s so hard about throwing a slice of pizza on a plate and grabbing something out of a fridge slapping it on a tray and serving it. But no, let’s make you wait 30 mins or more for fast food. Place is a joke and will definitely not spend another dime in that part of the park again. Do better!

The food here was good BUT the atmosphere was horrible and they took too long to get my order out. My biggest concern was how the place looked. There were a lot of tables that weren’t cleaned. There was food on the floor in certain areas of the restaurant. Overall the food was good but the atmosphere and service was horrible.

Food takes forever to come out after ordering. Pulled pork sandwich is mushy and not much meat. Shrimp fried rice was better.

Very racist lady at the cashier. Acting impolite and calling customer rude. Very unacceptable hospitality service for a universal studio standard
Extremely bad food 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 and the portions do not correspond to the price
Looks cool, but I'm too scared to actually eat there because of all the bad reviews.
