The driest chicken sandwich I've ever had . I couldn't even eat it because sure it was so bad .

Saw staff having to deal with some very unsatisfied customers and they handled it pretty well. Young man named Shane I believe was very sweet and even checked back with us and my daughter.

never going back here again. we waited for over half an hour only to find out they lost our order. we waited another half hour and finally got our food, but it was practically inedible. the burger was so rare you could hear it mooing, and not to mention the blood. the tofu in the ramen was soggy and cold, the noodles were hard, and the egg roll looked disgusting. service was horrible, food was horrible, the only credit i can give them is it looks best on the outside. if you need to stop for a quick lunch and come across the comic strip cafe, find somewhere else.

Do NOT order the egg rolls - terrible. The rice was hard in my wife’s dish and the noodles undercooked in mine. You’re best off sticking with the burger options here because the Asian options were awful. When we addressed it with the staff, they were insensitive and rude. They do, however, replace our bad egg rolls with new ones - though the new ones were worse than the first. I wouldn’t advise going here for food.

Me and my family ordered burgers and ramen. They lost our order so we waited about 40 minutes until we addressed a worker then they started making our food. Finally we got our food the chicken sandwich was rubbery. Our burger, was bleeding and unconsumable. We sent the food back and got a new burger that was reasonably cooked. After all of that, they never comped our meal or gave us a discount. AFTER ALL OF THIS I CAN SAY WE WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK!!!

Service is horrible. We sat outside tables didn’t have numbers therefore, I gave my name I waited 40 minutes for my food. I went back inside and told them I’ve been waiting for my order for 30 minutes already. They seen my receipt and told me that’s the order, they made it seem like they had looked for me all this time. When they gave it to me it was still missing an item. I waited more for that, If you want fast service and hot food. I don’t recommend this spot at all. Plus than they give you attitude for demanding what you paid for. Ridiculous!!!

Extremely slow, there was along line and only one cashier. We had a couple allegory questions, and the cashier had us wait there, stopping the line for over 10 minutes for the chef to come so that we could ask him ** spoiler ** he never came. During this time, another girl tried to open a new line, but our cashier and the manager told her not to (the line was incredible long at this point). After all that waiting, the cashier told us to step aside to wait even more, at which point we decided simply to leave.Everybody was moving incredibly lazy, there wasn't that many people but the line was moving incredibly slow and becoming longer and longer, the cashier wasn't nice, do not recommend to go there at allDietary restrictions: Awful, they just make you wait incredibly slow for simple allergies because you have to explain them directly to the chef

Do not recomend at all!!!!We waited 30 min to get to the cashier, a lot of time considering there where less than9 persons before us. When we finally arrived they made us wait 10min for the chef to confirm our order, spoiler he never came, so they asked us to wait more. We left. The staff was so slow and they didn't care at all. Terrible experience.

Probably the worst experience out of the park! The staff was rude and messed up my and my friends order. My order was 33 dollars and while I paid with a 20 dollar gift card I got no recipt. Additionally, after hearing from the waiter who gave me my food the one thing I paid for was unavailable at the location. Meaning I still had $5 left on my gift card that I never got back and wasn't able to redeem since they took all of my things. The staff didn't know what they were doing and it took my 22 person group 2 hours to get their food out of the entire 1 lane out of 10 they had available. Save your money!!! Go to a different cafe in the area.

I live about four hours away and with my annual pass I usually visit universal about four or five times a year. Recently I decided to try out comic strip cafe and I was pleasantly surprised. My food came out pretty quick and I had ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo with a swirled milkshake. It was good and I thought the milkshake was great especially on a hot day. My friend ordered the ramen which I didn't get a picture of and let me tell you, it was delicious!! We also came with my nieces who are picky eaters and they loved the pizza here. Overall we will be coming back to eat at the comic strip cafe and I highly recommend.

To buy a hamburger I have to make an account on an app. Give all my details and pay by card. A horrible tasteless sandwich. The Coca Cola from the machine looks like it was mixed with water. Tasteless too. A disappointment that cost me 40 dollars. (200 reais).

Ate here with the family at Universal Studios, ordered my son burger and fries and my wife and I had the pork belly ramen. My son's burger was dry and bland. The fries were tasteless. The "pork belly" ramen was a total disaster. I wouldn't even mix this with my dog's kibble. Pork had this red marinade on it, it made me think I was eating pork from a bad Chinese restaurant. Noodles were not cooked right, there was green onions and cilantro? That threw me off. The only thing right about it was the hard boiled eggs. You would probably enjoy instant ramen from the grocery better. Service here wasn't the best either, the person taking our order was impatient with us because we didn't know the ordering process. I'd be in a bad mood also if I was serving bad ramen. Probably the worst meal we had at Universal Studios.

I was just served a bowl of Ramen Noodles that redefines bad food for me. I can enjoy a $0.99 bag of top ramen from the grocery, but this bowl of noodles was a vile wretched disgrace. If you must eat here, go with the pizza.
