I live about four hours away and with my annual pass I usually visit universal about four or five times a year. Recently I decided to try out comic strip cafe and I was pleasantly surprised. My food came out pretty quick and I had ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo with a swirled milkshake. It was good and I thought the milkshake was great especially on a hot day. Waited almost an hour for 2 coffees,as you are requested to use the app. Take a table,download the app,and place your order!!! No one said anything about wating so long. It was otherwise ok.

Saw staff having to deal with some very unsatisfied customers and they handled it pretty well. Young man named Shane I believe was very sweet and even checked back with us and my daughter.
