We had a wonderful experience at Confisco Grille. The Ahi Tuna Taco was absolutely delicious and truly unique—the tuna was perfectly seared, well-seasoned, and had just the right kick of heat from the jalapeño. It was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced.
For drinks, we tried the Blackberry Margarita and the Confisco Margarita, and both were excellent. They were very flavorful without being overly sweet, which we really appreciated. Overall, great food...

We sat outside and had a fantastic laughter-filled lunch with our very attentive and friendly server, Rich! He made two suggestions based on our dietary needs, the Pad Thai and Corvina, and we were not disappointed at all. The corvina was cooked to perfection, and the pad thai with a bit of sriracha, as recommended by Rich, was excellent. We will definitely be back! When you go to the restaurant, ask to be seated in Rich's section. Thanks, Rich!
