Meal was great other than being out of the entree we wanted. Coffee was cold, not tepid but actually cold and weak. Restaurant was out of featured dessert as well. Our reservation was at 7:15. Also, very weird we had to ask for water and it was explained to us that was now a standard practice. Can't imagine a place that serves wine and alcohols would make you ask for water. We will be back as have eaten at this location many times and the meals have been good. Just dropped the ball this time.
I've always loved coopers , the prices are moderate the wines are exquisite, and the atmosphere you have to experience it . I won't do it any justice to explain it , in100 percent recommend the location in Waterford definitely my favorite out of the 2 . But you won't go wrong choosing international drive .
Great service in the bar grom Nathan. Food delish as always. Peanut butter cookie dessert was good but not hot. Will still return like we usually do.
We enjoyed everything about Cooper's Hawk from the great service of our waiter Damon to the food and drinks. I will definitely come back!
Virginia is a great server and provided excellent service. Very attentive, friendly and always there when needed. The food was delicious. I had soy ginger salmon and my husband the short rib risotto. We had the wedge salad and a bottle of bubbly Rose. Thank you for keeping your food as quality as good as it was when you opened in 2014.
Had to wait 10 minutes for a table after arriving for reservation. Terrible host with attitude and anger issues. Very pushy with low level IQ. After being seated our server didn’t come to ask for drinks for 30 minutes. Half the drinks never came, server never checked on us throughout the entire meal. Food came out one by one over another 20 minute span. Can just tell they are hiring low level workers for low level pay and the experience was trash due to it. Hiring happier, professional people is a must. Homeless people out front asking for money. Very anti-white vibe from the staff. Just a poor experience.
I’ve visited several Cooper’s Hawk locations, and unfortunately, this one did not meet my expectations. While the service was friendly and our server was nice, the food left much to be desired.
I was excited to try the BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad, which I had raved about to my friends. However, when it arrived, I was surprised to see that the greens were wilted and unappetizing, so I sent it back. I then ordered Ellie’s Chicken Piccata, but the Chicken was overly salty and inedible, and my friends also experienced their food was salty as well.
This experience was disappointing, especially since I’ve had much better food at other Cooper’s Hawk locations, like the one in Tampa. Based on this visit, I won’t be returning to this location.

No reservations were needed for a Saturday afternoon, even though the wine bar was packed. The food and service were good ,the bathroom was clean and as well as the dinner. Our only observation was the sitting arrangement. The space between tables was very limited, and no private conversation could be had. Maybe it is time for an expansion .

Good food and service. Always busy. A little pricey, though.

We are always treated well and if you have any issue with your food, it is corrected in a timely manner. Plus the manager usually stops by to make sure everything was corrected to our liking.

Bottom line, not worth the price.
-The food is good, some of it very good.
-Atmosphere was that of a crowded, busy, somewhat hectic restaurant.
-The gum wrapper I saw in the middle of floor near our table when we were seated was still there when we left.
-Our server was nice enough but seemed stretched thin and it was hard to their attention.
I feel no compulsion to return.
