Not a bad spot for a hotel. I didn't get food but the merlot wasn't had at all. The bartender Daniel seemed a bit young, forgetful, and disinterested in being a bartender which was unfortunate. Matthew was trying to do the job of two bartenders once and i certainly wish he had be the one assisting me the whole time.

We are visiting Orlando and were unable to eat at this location tonight. The hostess was very nice but informed us if we did not stay in the hotel we were not “allowed” to eat there. Information desk front staff was insulting when we asked why was it not listed on the website. She stated it was and clearly it’s not or we would not have gone to eat/drink there. That was a terrible experience as our cash is as green as theirs would be.

Food came out wrong multiple times. Server didn't write down order and food wasn't prepared how the menu advertised. I wouldn't recommend.

Kee kee our server did a wonderful job very polite an so sweet. Food was awesome. The martinis were the bomb. Located inside the Florida mall.

Let’s just start this off with the main bartender, Sebastian. This guy is crazy good at what he does and went above and beyond for our group, three nights in a row.Most likely one of the best hotel lounges I have ever been to, clean, hot fresh food and the nachos…. Wow!Very clean and the staff kept our table nicely and refills coming.Highly, highly recommend Cricket’s to everyone.

Quick & friendly staff. Lack luster food. Typical hotel pricing. No Happy Hour or conference attendees discounts. Full liquor bar with a few, nice surprise items. Sports on tv plus pop music on the speakers.

Ordered a whiskey, got a small glass with a bug in it. Before that, waiter couldn't tell me what the whiskey was, and they don't have drink menus. Handed the glass back and walked out. The only person to respond other than single-word "sorry"s was the guy who directs cars up front who told me to go to a place that he goes to after work.Unbelievably bad for a hospitality business.

Without doubt my favourite place to go for chicken tenders. As always, top drawer with friendly service also.

I had just arrived in town and wanted something to eat. The server was excellent. I am using a walker from an accident. The server was excellent and went above and beyond to make it possible for me to carry my drink with me.
