Quaint spot, at the Port area across from the Starbucks. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. What started as a quick getaway from the heat turned into a very pleasant meal. If you are worried about pricing, it is honestly cheaper than most diners our family has experienced in the Orlando area.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Few lines, prompt food service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Visiting during the holidays, I enjoyed the peppermint mocha, as well as some desserts. Family also wanted some sandwiches, which were made to order hot and fresh. The included sides of potato salad and seasonal fruits were a good combination to bring it all together.

As a note, this was my brother's first time experiencing Key Lime pie in Florida. Suffice to say, he's now very much in love with the stuff XD

Slowest service ever, staff don’t use gloves, looks really unhygienic.

Instead of waiting to be seated we popped in here and got a table right away. One of the few places you can enjoy a decent espresso ( if you’re not a Starbucks loyalist).

Horrible service, super rude staff. I had food on the table, when a family member was at a different place. They locked the doors and said they are closed and no one can walk in. I had to argue with them to let a family member in, to help me grab food and go... Horrible coffee too! Stay away...

Great chocolate croissant, it was warm and tasty at 8:30 am, we got coffee from Starbucks and watched the crowd go by after riding Hagrids ride.

I enjoyed the elderberry vegan croissant, ask for it warmed up for ultimate deliciousness! They also had vegan brownie available. Nice place that wasn’t too busy, near entrance in Islands of Adventure

Coffee is undoubtedly not his forte,
I ordered a sandwich, it was good, the
Cookies were good.
But the coffee had reheated milk, the mocca was mocca with a little milk.
The attention was good, there was a super nice older gentleman.

We stop here almost every morning when we visit Universal. It's conveniently placed just past the entrance. Food is quite good.

This is inside the park. Such a great experience. Love the pun in the name. The staff were just so kind and wanted to tell me about the menu. The coffee was very hot…..definitely a positive. I like my coffee hot. This is a grab and go or sit awhile. There’s some seating. Check out the menu beforehand so you can maximize your time at universal! There’s cold brew, fruit cup, and chips for df and gf. I didn’t ask about the sandwiches….might be possible to get them without the bread.

Super disorganized. You enter and are asked for your order, some items they can provide immediately which you then take down the counter to pay. If you select an item that they can't prepare they won't take your order so you get in line with some of your food, and wait to pay. You then walk down further and they ask your order a third time at which point they start preparing it.

Nobody seems to know how a quick service restaurant is supposed to work.

Tip: order a cup of regular coffee and watch the confusion. "You mean latte?" "So one speciality coffee?"

This doesn't feel like they're putting on a show, but it is hilarious to watch it operate. It is like the three stooges created and are running this place.

Menu is mostly unfrosted cupcakes and greasy croissants. Outdoor seating has bird poop on every table at seat. Birds will harass you and take food from your plate.

Not recommended.
