Now I for one love Crumbl cookies. The cookies were a delightful treat however the staff not so much.
I've visited several Crumbl locations in the metro area and I must say this was the worst customer service. I was NEVER greeted. The music was so loud I couldn't concentrate on my order and all of the cookies were not available (which was first for me).
When I said excuse to the young lady (worker) she looked around as if I startled her. I had several...
