Custom Cakes in Orlando by I&M Bakers

If you are in need of a cake in the Orlando area, I&M Bakers is the go-to provider. We needed a small wedding cake and Ianna came through like a charm. I live 600 miles away and we successfully coordinated getting this cake prepared through email and phone, sight unseen, all the while never having used I&M before. I was not disappointed. Communication was prompt, she had excellent ideas about cake design I'd hadn't thought about, and she delivered EXACTLY what we asked for. I don't think the process could have been easier. On top of that, the cake was probably one of the best wedding cakes I've ever tasted!! It was spectacular, and that's an understatement. Both the Bride and Groom (my son) were so pleased and surprised! You won't be disappointed by asking I&M to help you with your cake needs. She is a true professional who knows what she's doing!!!

My husband is really obsessed with cake. So when we were throwing a house warming party we knew we needed a fantastic cake. We were so pleased with the communication and the end result. I was shocked when I saw the cake. I think we will forever order cakes here now!

First time ordering from these ladies and the cake was a huge hit! From the looks to the taste to the personal touches, words can not describe it! It was everything I imagined and more. We ordered a funfetti cake with strawberry buttercream and strawberry cookie crumbles and it was so moist and loved by everyone, even the fondant peices were yummy and I don't normally like fondant lol If you haven't tried their goods you're missing out

I was on the hunt to find amazing cake for my wedding. I emailed about 25 different vendors in Orlando and I ended up choosing I&M Bakers! I loved the quick communication, the thorough emails (which showed me they cared), i LOVE the way they set up the tasting box, lastly i love their professionalism. My cake decor was OUT OF THIS WORLD! I could not choose between 2 different cake designs and Ianna mentioned that they can merge both designs! I was SO happy! I trusted her instantly! Then, she sent me the sample and i was so in love. On the wedding day, it was even more beautiful. Not to mention the taste, unfortunately my husband and I did not get to taste it but ALL the guests i spoke to LOVEDDD it and ate every piece. We wer sad we didnt get to take any home, so we will be ordering more cake from them lol. I am very pleased with having them as one of my vendors, i'll always choose i&m bakers & you should too.

I chose this bakery because I needed a mobile baker option with having our venue out of town. Ianna was amazing with communication , consideration of our needs and desires, and going the extra lengths to accommodate us . The cake was incredible . It was exactly what we asked for but I didn’t expect it to exceed our expectations and everything surely did . Quality service , quality care, quality taste and skills . I would highly recommend this bakery - this comes from a customer who had high expectations on quality and this bakery delivered !

Great communication. Cake was delicious and the attention to detail was so impressive. The fondant kids were customized perfectly, as well as the laser guns that literally lit up, the entire party was extremely impressed with the cake. The laser tag course itself was highly impressive. And then eating…it was so moist and delicious. Great job! Highly recommend

I am from Canada and wanted to do surprise my boyfriend in Florida with a birthday cake; and I cannot express how happy I was when I came across this baker shop. The owner was very friendly and prompt in communicating. She made everything so much easier than I thought it would be. The cake was very beautiful and looked very professionally done. My boyfriend said that it tasted very delicious and he loved it. The one thing that I appreciated the most was that the owner kept me informed of when she arrived at his work to deliver the cake and took a picture of him with the cake. Seeing the smile on his face was priceless. I would definitely recommend this baker shop if you are looking for professionalism and quality work. I would use this service again in future.
