Staff was considerate and present. Some of the machines gave us trouble but the staff were more than happy to help and make it right. I do think the human Claw machine is a rip off! Basically paid for an expensive pool float. Kids liked it though

We were nervous when we came in at lunchtime and it wasn't busy, but the food was great! Everyone was happy. Plus it's Wednesday so games cost half as much to play! Win win

Love D&B always a fantastic time with family and friends.

I've never had an issue with employee interactions but the reason I provided a 3 star on the service is because of how long it takes to get a play card made.

My play card stopped scaning so I went to the customer service line for a new one.

There were 3 people in front of me waiting to be helped with only 1 employee working the register.
