I have reached out to the Headquarters Office with my complaint and I hope they do something about this manager Kat and staff pf this store,
Worst experience ever ordering from Domino's, I have tried to order from this store twice and both times i have never received my order and i had to cancel and try to get my money back, the store manager kat is zero help and rude, she would leave me on hold and never comeback on the phone, last night i got a call from someone saying they were the driver and that they had my order and what was building number and i told him i would wait in front of building and no-one showed up, that's how bad it is. this company needs to check in with this store ASAP and set that manager and staff straight. this is the store in 9326 Narcoossee Rd, Lake Nona Region, FL 32827, fl 407-286-2922

I ordered 2 pizzas one was thin crust and it was fine but the other pizza was new york style and I did not check it in the store I checked it when I got to my house and I got a pizza bread and with the crust of butter. with garlic and I did not order the pizza with that crust.

I tried to contact the manager Bernard to communicate an inconvenience that was occurring with my order, since the application mentioned that it had been delivered and there was nothing at the entrance or security call for confirmation of the delivery person, however the call was never answered and after waiting 20 minutes they hung up the phone, I try to make the claim by webside and the same situation is impossible to contact customer service and the only solution they give is a coupon. I want my money back not a coupon in a store where I don't want to buy again. how do they want a customer to come back if they don't solve the problem?

I always purchase pizza from Domino’s at this location and couple days ago my pizza was burned really bad, since was the first that happened I did not complain and went back today for another one and when I got home pizza was burned again and look like was in the box for a week.. I called the store and they did nothing for me because I was not able to go back to store in that moment… I will never go back there again… horrible customer service…
I have not had a pizza in almost a year. I have been to this one before and it was good. I ordered the X-Large (16") Hand Tossed ExtravaganZZa. When I picked it up it was in two boxes. They had run out of the X Large boxes, OK no problem. I got home opened it, looked like it had been sitting there a week. I tried to pick up a slice and the outer crust was the only part that would come off the cardboard box. The rest of the crust was gooey. It was not stuck to the cardboard and after getting a spatula to flip it over it had been cooked but as if it was soaked in water before putting it in the box. Never have eaten pizza with a fork out of the box because I had to. If it was not so late and I was so far I would have driven it back and probably gone to jail. I did want to throw it back at them but that is not right so here I sit with mush in a box.

Messed up my order so badly. The pizza me and my boyfriend ordered was supposed to be all pepperoni and half onions but they put onions ALL OVER. I could not enjoy the delicious pizza because it was onion infected. My allergies could have acted up if I had not noticed. VERY VERY UPSET CUSTOMER!
