They delivered it 2 blocks away, I could see it in dominos tracker. Had to go pick it up from my neighbors doorstep in the rain. I called the store, they said GPS shows it’s delivered & offered an apology… that’s it. I could have just picked it up myself. Had I not seen where it was delivered it would have been a free pizza for someone. Trash

If you're like me, and you sometimes get the late night munchies, you know you need a pizza joint on speed dial. Nothing great or special about the pizza here at Dominos, but at least they are open until 12AM - Papa Johns closes at 11PM. Wish there were some awesome late night family owned pizza places open in the Lake Nona area but for now Dominos will have to do.

Louis made my pizza tonight (26 May, 2025 at 10:30 PM). He was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome into the store. His positivity and pizza craftsmanship made tonight's visit unforgettable. This is the Domino's that I frequent every week, and Louis's pizza was the best that I have ever had from the restaurant. I have never had a pizza from here that tastes as good as the one Louis made me. It was incredibly crispy and well-done, even and nicely shaped. The pie was cut so well that it took no effort to separate the slices. Normally I have to use a knife to finish the job, but tonight I did not have to. Usually the pizza tastes best the day after in the toaster oven, but this pie is an exception. It pains me to know that my leftovers will not taste as good as when I just got back from the store after Louis freshly baked it. He deserves the best for making my visit pleasant and the pizza extraordinary. If he is in the kitchen when your order is placed, get ready for something special.

I went in to place an order but the new Indian guy (Simon)was totally lost. He acted like so dumb and lost. He had no idea and I couldn't understand him. He did some mumbo jumbo on the order. I swiped my card ofcourse it was a wrong total. Then another employe came in to assist. The other employee was good and helpful. I had to pay another amount because of his mistake. Finally, we got our pizza and we enjoyed it but the upper management needs to do something on that Franchise Domino's location off of Narcossee and Dowden road next to CVS. I would only go there just to pickup but not to place an order because the employees there are rude and don't know what they are doing...

Unbeliveble mishandling of customer by 9326 Narcoossee Rd, Lake Nona, FL store night manager (Kat) and the Domino’s P. call center. This repeated 2 separate times in less than 2 weeks. Call Ctr takes order confirming address of the store and charged order to my credit card. When I get to the store the system there doesn’t show the order. Kat (visible at all times) doesn’t approach to client but sends an associate back and forth every time I say something, and every time she has a response to each comment. When she finally decides to approach to me, acts defiant at all times. Store reimbursed one of 2 payments made the 1st time. 2nd time when I asked call ctr for reimbursement (not wanting to deal with the store) call ctr alleges not being capable of the reimbursement and that client has to deal with the store.

So there are 2 dominos on narcoossee and I will drive to this one any time due to man reasons 1 the food is great and the service is always great me and the family always choos3 to order our pizza here
I have reached out to the Headquarters Office with my complaint and I hope they do something about this manager Kat and staff pf this store,
Worst experience ever ordering from Domino's, I have tried to order from this store twice and both times i have never received my order and i had to cancel and try to get my money back, the store manager kat is zero help and rude, she would leave me on hold and never comeback on the phone, last night i got a call from someone saying they were the driver and that they had my order and what was building number and i told him i would wait in front of building and no-one showed up, that's how bad it is. this company needs to check in with this store ASAP and set that manager and staff straight. this is the store in 9326 Narcoossee Rd, Lake Nona Region, FL 32827, fl 407-286-2922

I ordered 2 pizzas one was thin crust and it was fine but the other pizza was new york style and I did not check it in the store I checked it when I got to my house and I got a pizza bread and with the crust of butter. with garlic and I did not order the pizza with that crust.

I tried to contact the manager Bernard to communicate an inconvenience that was occurring with my order, since the application mentioned that it had been delivered and there was nothing at the entrance or security call for confirmation of the delivery person, however the call was never answered and after waiting 20 minutes they hung up the phone, I try to make the claim by webside and the same situation is impossible to contact customer service and the only solution they give is a coupon. I want my money back not a coupon in a store where I don't want to buy again. how do they want a customer to come back if they don't solve the problem?

Ordered Extra Cheese on 2 pizzas and I swear it’s like telling the line cook to limit the cheese SMH! Hardly any cheese on the pizzas, why?
