Pizza was great, service was great, pizza was made quickly, the only problem I had is we were ordering it and had about an hour and a half drive and they do not give out packets of Parmesan or red peppers. So it was a little disappointed on that

10s all round. Called up there at 11:20 give or take. Lady on the phone was super nice very understanding and clear. Dude with the glasses who gave us the food I hope you made it home safe your a vibe hope nothing but wealth and good fortune for your awesome vibes. Pizza was amazing nice, hot and crispy. 2 liter still cold. You fr made my family’s day we had a hard day of work the whole day so that pizza was very much worth every dime. Thank you again. 🙌

Pizza arrived smashed and cold, but the knots were hot so I'm not sure how that worked. I kept receiving text messages saying the driver was on the way or pulling into the neighborhood but was no where in sight (app showed him still at the restaurant for 45 minutes). He then called me as I saw him on the app at a corner a block from me saying he can't find the street. We stood outside in the front to make it easier so he didn't have to pull in the back since the front porch is unstable. He calls me telling me he's at the corner of where 7/11 is and I was facing it. Then he comes up on foot from the other direction with a smashed pizza. Didn't even acknowledge the pizza box with a massive dent in the middle. We are from out of town so to give directions to our destination of a street number/address that is on Google maps to someone who works .6 miles from where we are staying was a bit confusing. I tried to call last night but no one answered so we were SOL. When we come back to Orlando, which we will we won't order from this location again. Driver was nice but again no acknowledgement of the destroyed pizza.

I was in the hospital, 🏥 unable to walk and security was giving the delivery driver DUSTIN a hard time by not letting him upstairs to deliver my food, but some how, some way Dustin was still able to get upstairs to my room and deliver it! I forgot to do the tip part at checkout on the website and I wanted to give Dustin a cash tip, And even though he knew he wasn’t going to get a tip under the circumstances, he STILL delivered it! HE STILL MADE IT HAPPEN. Unbelievable😮AMAZING! Best delivery driver I’ve ever had in 20 years! I’ll definitely be a REPEAT customer at this Domino’s location just because of him. It’s people like Dustin who make the world go around 🌎 🍕 He doesn’t know how much he made my day and that delivery driver deserves a raise for real. Now THATS what you call True customer service. Thanks, Dustin thanks Domino 💚
