Whenever I call to order, as opposed to ordering online, my orders have been getting messed up. This could be due to miscommunication on either ends or maybe because I'm ordering on busy nights (Pizza Friday!). But Peter has been so kind and helpful. This location is the best. thank you , Domino's .
Alison was great! Very attentive and friendly! We’ll be back soon! THANKS
I saw this guy working very hard on my pizzas. He looks like playing 3 screens of the game ‘overcooked’ at the same time. I saw eight orders on the waiting list meanwhile three customers waiting in line at the check out, the phone was ringing and the pizza machine was time beeping also. I would be cray if I were him. Dominos Pizza - Lake Nona offers a mixed dining experience. The pizza is generally well-received, with accurate orders and reasonable prices. Customers appreciate the vegetarian options and the great ingredients used. The delivery driver is noted as friendly and courteous, although there are some reports of the pizza arriving cold, which affects the overall taste. Recently, a customer praised the night crew, stating they provided the best pizza ever and commended their effort and service. The location, situated outside a Walmart, provides convenient parking, with plenty of spaces available. While many enjoy eating in, with pizzas coming right out of the oven, some reviews highlight that the service needs improvement, as one customer found the staff member uninformed about menu options. Overall, Dominos Pizza - Lake Nona seems to provide a satisfactory pizza experience, though there is room for improvement in temperature control and customer service training.
