My friends and I had dinner at Don Julio's tonight, and we had the most wonderful experience, largely thanks to our server, María O. From the moment she greeted us, she was incredibly warm and welcoming. She was attentive throughout our entire meal, checking in at just the right moments without ever making us feel rushed.
María was also very knowledgeable about the menu. She gave us some fantastic recommendations (the birria tacos were amazing, just as she promised!), and she was happy to answer all of our questions. Our drinks were always full, and she made sure our food came out hot and fresh from the kitchen.
Her friendly demeanor and exceptional service truly elevated our meal from just a dinner to a memorable night out. We'll definitely be back, and we will be asking to sit in María O.'s section

Loud blasting music. Not respectful of federal ADA laws and trained service dogs. Discriminatory staff. Manager did not do anything to assist the situation. Typically have had better experience in the past.
